I didn’t need to plug anything in to get started, which was convenient. The game list is long, and a few titles did repeat under different names, but that didn’t bother me much. The screen is bright enough indoors and the menu was easy to flip through. I gave it to a younger cousin and they figured it out pretty quick with no problem.
