    • Cool, but NOT for every car.
I have a 2010 prius PROS The color on this looks good and rich (I purchased Gold) Comes with a tool to help install The Price CONS Trim can be prone to denting, deforming, and stretching Placing it between grooves doesn't always hold it firmly (can be quite loose even in tight grooves) Placing the trim around straight edges causes a deformed look No instructions or installation tips are included, literally just a blank sealed bag MIXED FEELINGS Tool included is very useful, but can easily deform in tight spaces/ continued use. The amount of trim initially seems generous, but If you are trimming Doors, dash, head display, the entire interior may require around 6-8 units of this product- just a full door trim can require the whole bag! Anchoring trim may easily tear during installation. More or less easy to install, (But can require very careful and tedious installation for a sleek job) Sticks well in some spots, but terribly in others Tool can "Take apart" your cars interior if your a little to rough Conclusion: I just installed it, In some areas I can tell it's looser than others. If you wanted to, you could easily rip it all out. I'll try to remember to update in a few months, but I can't imagine it ALL staying in there without warping in the heat, or wear from general car use. Overall Cool buy But if I really was serious, I would pay to have it professionally done. ... show more

Once you get it, it looks really really nice. The installation process is a pain though. It’s very hard to stick it into some places as it doesn’t use adhesion, you have to push it into place. I couldn’t use it everywhere I wanted to in my car for this reason. It is also pretty hard to install around corners or round places. When you cut it, it shows where the endings meet if you put it in a circle shape. Overall though I do love how it looks, I just wish the installation process was easier as it took me about 4 hours. ... show more

This stuff stays in, by wedging into the cracks, and whatnot. However, if you drive a 10th Gen Civic, be wary that it will not have many spots on the doors to go. The only places I was really able to get it, were the larger parts of the dash, some parts of the door, and the underlining from the front to back on the sides. I did a test drive and it did come lose in some key spots, do NOT expect it to bend and shape and keep wedged unless you apply some sort of super glue. If you do, I reccomend applying it on the side with the plastics, not the interior fluffs. This is using NO ADHESION, otherwise, locktite would keep it perfectly in place, simply removed with rubbing alcohol or any other glue remover. Otherwise this is a great look combined with black interior cars. ... show more
