This refrigerator had a problem with the gasket and the buyer would not replace it. They said it was a manufactures problem. I contacted Frigidaire and they said they would replace it. I purchased it in April and here it is December and no replacement has taken place. Now I am still stuck with a refrigerator that has a defect and neither the seller or Amazon has tried to replace it for me. I have made several calls and all say the same. We will check into it for you. I will never buy another home appliance on Amazon again. This refrigerator with the extended warranty was close to $1000.00 dollars. .     • Dead on arrival
This product was dead on arrival. The refrigerator was not cooling, and we had to bring in an appliance repair technician. Charging valve was faulty, and Freon was needed. We absolutely cannot recommend this refrigerator.

We bought this as a second refrigerator during Covid. as we needed the extra storage. It cost 1/10th the price of our fancy upstairs kitchen fridge-- and works much better! It is simple with no side doors or ice maker, but what you get is straight forward serviceable. The costly one has broken 6 times in its 18 months with us, so the Frigidaire seems a bargain. We've had it 6 months with no problems at all. Maybe we should buy another Frigidaire for upstairs! ... show more

THE FREEZER TENDS TO ICE OVER IN THE FRONT AND THEN MELT INTO THE REFRIGERATOR PORTION OF THE FRIDGE. SEALS ON DOOR ARE NOT THAT GREAT I BELIEVE IS THE PROBLEM FOR THE MONEY IT IS NOT BAD IF YOU DO MIND CLEANING UP WATER EVERY NOW AND THEN.     • The worst appliance experience ever.
I would not buy this product again! There are much better options to get a lower price better quality and better delivery from other sources. This was one of my worst experiences buying an appliance! The delivery company just dropped the product at the curb. No help from the supplier!

    • Reliable fridge
I had to find a refrigerator over the summer as ours cooked out during the pandemic. This was surely a life saver and once it was in the house we just had to roll it into place. Yes it has back wheels, so simple for placement.
