The helmet came very quickly. It fits great. I like the fact that it has a Bluetooth headset already attached to the helmet. The set up is pretty easy. It took just a few seconds for the Bluetooth to connect to my phone. The sound quality is not to bad. It’s good enough for being so close to my ears. Overall this is a very nice helmet.     • Nice looking helmet
First, I do want to say that dealing with the seller was outstanding. They had sent me an email after ordering the helmets indicating that if fit was an issue, they could send me a new liner to make the size larger or smaller. For the helmet I'm reviewing (mine), it fiit as expected. The one for the Mrs was too loose. I sent an email to them (on a Sunday) and within about 3 days, we received the new liner. The helmet still was too big, but the interaction with the seller was very good. I have not had long with the bluetooth part, but did see where battery life was an issue. While testing mine, I thought I had turned it off, but hadn't. An hour later I had noticed a blue light was still lit. I turned it off again and this time the blue light stayed off. I'm thinking others may have done the same thing and not noticed the blue light, which would have likely killed the battery. The helmet DID come with the gloves pictured. I ordered a large helmet and it came with large gloves. I wished I could have ordered the extra large gloves, but the large are close enough and I really wasn't expecting them. I feel like the helmet was an excellent value for the money. One other note is that the built-in sunscreen had a protective film on it. It was hard to see, but it was there. Some complained of distortion when looking through this, which makes me woner if they had not noticed the protective film like I had. Once the film was removed, so was the distortion. I did call my phone after linking it to the helmet and it seemed like this would be more than adequate if I have to take a call while out and about. Since I had to return the Mrs's helmet, we really didn't get to try the intercom, but if it works like the phone call, volume and clarity should be fine. I do notice more wind noise with the face shield down versus up, but it doesn't matter for me because I always drive with it up. The same applies to the helmet that this one is replacing. Helmet is comfortable and sleek looking. The sound quality is 3/5, can not hear music well if going over 50 mph or so. I like the modular function and it feels sturdy. The multi function button is kind of odd to use. I mostly connect to phone for music and o ly use multi function button to control volume. Does work fine for phone calls but wouldn't recommend to use feature while ridding. Wish the 15 second auto answer was auto decline instead.     • Don’t waste your money
Size: Large Style: Matte Black
The helmet looks exactly as presented. However, as they said, it runs small. I would even say smaller than their own measurements suggest. For that matter, the gloves are also small. I fit perfectly in a large in both glove and helmet, but I’d say I should’ve gotten an XL. It’s also quite uncomfortable. Whatever type of electronics they put in the back portion where the battery pack leaves that area with little room for padding, and I feel it. The front area isn’t that comfortable either. It’s okay for short rides, but any longer than about 30 to 45 minutes and it starts to hurt on the top of my forehead and back of my head. The padding is really pretty nonexistent, compared to most helmets. I’m honestly worried that if I were to get into an accident, the helmet might fo almost as much damage as the object my head struck would have without a helmet. The sound quality in the earphones is pretty crappy. There’s absolutely no lower tones, and when listening to music, the pitch tends to be a bit harsh. The modular helmet portion is a bit hard to get to lock into place, but functions well enough. Also, the helmet has a tendency to fog up. It’s summer and I still have to lift the face shield a bit to allow air in to stabilize the fog. The quick connect/disconnect chin strap is pretty cool, as is the look of the sunglasses. It kind of reminds me of a fighter pilot helmet (at least the Hollywood version). Lastly, I sent a message to the seller through amazon and never got a response. I was hoping they’d try to resolve the sizing issue, but perhaps covid has them less responsive than normal. ... show more

Love my new helmet! It was easy to pair to my phone and music quality was great over the helmet speakers. When receiving calls, it seamlessly muted the music & switched to telephone mode. My wife was able to hear me plainly as we talked. When the call ended, the helmet switched right back to my music. The finish of the helmet looks great as well. It looks as good as it sounds. It’s a great value for the price. Customer service is also very responsive and quick to resolve any issue. When my helmet arrived, it was a little tight. (I ordered a size large but apparently needed an extra large.) I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement liner that was a little thinner. It arrived in a few days and I swapped it out in the helmet in about 20 minutes for a perfect fit. In summary: Looks great Sound and function are great Very comfortable to wear And great customer service Five star rating! Bravo! ... show more
