I use this light with 6 amp hour "Brand-X" batteries ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XRH7DCJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ), which I runs the light for about 11 hours continuous. Aim it at the ceiling in dark rooms. Its too bright as a flood light. I do this to work on cabinets and appliances. It's sits flat and pivots up. It's not daylight, but enough to navigate the room and do most of my work. (I use a headlight for detail work where I need daylight). Also light up my shipping containers, again aiming at the ceiling. Very, very useful light. Wide light. NOT good for a bright beam. (Great for prepping and off-grid!!) ... show more

Phenomenal light! Doesn't get hot! MAKE SURE YOU KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR BATTERY LEVEL INDICATOR ON THE BATTERY AND DON'T LET IT GO BELOW ONE BAR. The LED light will continue to drain the battery pack and fry it past the volt level it is intended to go to.

The light “was” very good (bright). Unfortunately, after 4 days with a total usage of roughly 3 minutes, only the center light works. It was turned on a couple times as a test and to marvel at what I thought was a great deal!! This is a very poor excuse for a light!! It’s great for a laugh though!! The light is in perfect condition…in my house (eg - no reason for failure). If I could have given a a rating of 0 star, I would have. ... show more

Lighting is great , bright ready like it. Like fact I can use Dewalt battery is the reason I bought it. However if you leave the battery in the light when not using it, it will kill your battery. There goes $50 dollars Saved money buying this oifgt but cost me a new battery. So DO NOT store light with battery in the light. Probably should had just bought the Dewalt light. ... show more
