Size up
Purchased this in size L for my husband who is a 36” waist. It was too small. Retuned it and got the XL. Fits perfectly and he loves the support it gives him in his lower back. Really well made. Just be sure to size up if you are at the top end of the size.

with moderate/severe arthritis and a slight L-1 fracture. I am a 35 year veteran Chiropractor and purchased this for a lady patient as she was enduring much discomfort and pains. I personally took this to her home, helped her put the brace on adjusted it. She experienced immediate benefits or pain subsidence and ability to move. It is only 2 days, will monitor the outcome

so far, so good. I need more time to be absolute.
I have only worn this brace for a few days. However, prior to the arrival, for several weeks I was suffering from constant back pain. My doctor wanted to prescribe a medication but I did not want to add another med to my current collection. It seemed that a possible solution would be a back brace. So....I jumped onto Amazon, my favorite shopping site, and began the arduous process of looking through the wide variety of products and reading an endless cadre of reviews. There certainly were many choices. I placed several into my cart so it would be easy to more thoroughly explore their qualities. After a few days and continuing back pain, I decided to try the FitGame Brace. It arrived via Prime in the typical 2 days. The brace was immediately put on and it felt comfortable. The band adjustments allowed me to tighten the brace to my comfort level. I wore it all day and it seemed to offer relief. It was on the outside of mt clothing so there was no issues with skin contact. The next day I wrapped it under my shirt, wearing a t shirt and, again, it was comfortable and it did ease the pain. As the day wore on, the discomfort continued to diminish. So far, I am pleased with the results. There is a rubber odor but that dissipates within a few days. The brace seems well made and I expect a decent durability. It is moderately priced so replacing it when needed certainly will not break the bank. In my humble opinion, it is a good product that has provided relief.

One of the better support braces I have purchased
This is one of the better back braces that I have found on Amazon. I have purchased 4 others and I am pleased with this one above the others. One of the biggest problems with most of the braces that I have purchased is that the Velcro that is used on many of these braces is just garbage. I was happy to find that the Velcro used on the Fitgame belt is very high quality. I use mine at work to support my back and it is very comfortable, light and not bulky and it stays in place. I would happily purchase another in the future.

Miracle Relief - Highly Recommend it!!
I received my brace yesterday and immediately started using it. The impact on reducing my pain was felt intermediate. I suffer from sciatica and other back pains. After now 24 hours the impact is more visible and felt. I have not felt this good in years. I highly recommend it. My wife is currently recovering from a fracture vertebra and is still undergoing pain. After seeing my brace we both feel she may get some benefit from wearing this brace so I just ordered one for her. I was able to drive wearing mine today and it made it easier to get in and out of the car. I also tried it going to bed with it on and did not get any discomfort and if fact relieved ALL the pain I would normally feel in bed.

Comfortable and Effective !
This belt is really comfortable and easy to wear. I wore it for a few hours and felt a lot of improvement in my back ache. I highly recommend it to people. It feels good on the back and provides good support to help me keep doing my everyday tasks.

AWESOME!!!!
Without being bulky, it gives your back more support, and keeps your sciatic nerve much more stable. The more stable the sciatic, the less pain you experience. I wear it everyday at the gym, even if I'm just doing cardio.
