Nope.

I bought these in a pinch when my disassembly of another $100 goggle unexpectedly turned into a Frankenstein operation. I chose these mainly because of the price and free same day delivery. I figured I’d keep them around for the kids and as a backup. The build quality on these is better than other goggles in this price range, but the performance is unacceptable in my opinion. I’m not sure if it’s the lack of diversity or a crappy internal receiver, or maybe the image processing, but the breakup I’m getting in this headset makes them unusable. I’ve tried several antennas and 3 quads and I can barely leave my driveway without near total loss of video feed. Within 40-50 ft this happens. The worst part is when the goggles attempt to recover the signal, the processing jumbles the video feed and splits it with vertical black/white lines down the middle of the screen. This takes a couple seconds to resolve, meanwhile you have lost the ability to safely pilot your unmanned flying machine and are either forced to failsafe blind, or pray the image is restored before any major damage occurs. This is a real shame because these would be a great budget headset otherwise.

Your paying for the name

I would suggest saving up for a real pair, this are; Light leaky, don’t offer much in the way of an immersive experience. Pretty much entry level, there are cheaper entry level goggles if you are looking for something to start with.

Great starter goggle for FPV.

Great starter goggle, I run raceband 1 - 4 and bought an upgraded antenna. It’s a great view comfortable to wear and the dvr works great. Just be sure to format your micro SD card to record. Great set of box goggles. I fly a lot since I got these the battery lasts 3-4 hours continuous use. Charging is easy with a micro usb so you don’t have to take the battery out to charge.

A great first goggle. Nice DVR. Easy to focus clear images

This is my second FPV goggles that I bought. The first was a Eachine VR006. This is far far better than the Eachine. I have old eyes and am able to see clearly in this. Because this has the internal Mirror system. Focus s not a problem Range is okay. DVR records nicevideos.

Great value for the money!

These goggles find the signal fast and lock in on it. The screen brightness and contrast are adjustable and it is easy to see. It has a micro SD slot and a built in DVR which records in AVI format. Other antennae with a higher gain may be needed for longer flights, such as a panel antenna. The goggles come with a short 5.8ghz straight antenna with the male pin in the antenna end of the SMA connection

Amazingly good place to start your fpv journey

Actually quite amazed by how clear the picture is, it may not have diversity, but the single reciever works amazingly well, did not have any breakup at all so far. MAKE SURE THAT WHEN YOU BUY UPGRADE ANTENNA THAT IT IS SMA AND NOT RPSMA.

Great for beginners

8 May 2020 I'm a beginner at FPV. This are the first FPV goggles I've owned and the goggles are perfect for me. Good purchase so far. Might update once I log some hours with them.

Perfect.

This is my first pair of fpv googles and I'm glad I got them. Compared to some 'nicer' ones my buddies fly with, I prefer these. Perfect fit, perfect view, easy to use.
