    • An affront to quality and craftmanship
I try not to write reviews, if a product is good people will know without consumers throwing stars at it; even more so since so many reviews are fake now a days. And I try not to leave negative remarks if the product is good, but ultimately doesn't fit my needs. However, every now and again I find myself with a product from a business with such a lack of pride in craftmanship that I am left with few other options to combat the ulcer inducing rage. Everlast is one such company, and every single product of theirs that I have ever purchased (gloves, double end bag, heavy stand, heavy bags, speed bag) would be just as useful after going through an industrial shredder as it is freshly assembled. I can only imagine the working conditions and corporate culture that create these products. I can smell the corporate buzzwords and pinched pennies that have replaced craftmanship, pride, and excellence. Buy elsewhere, anywhere else. Hell, build it all yourself in a drunken frenzy and you'll still he better off. ... show more

You will need to buy at least 2 x 45 lbs anchor for this bundle or the stand will fall. It is really dangerous.

Alot bigger and better quality than I expected.. The small bag is very light.. Need weights to weigh down. Son loves hitting on it! Helps me with frustration!! The gloves are very cheap..went and got good heavy ones.

I use this every single night and it's by far one of the better pieces of equipment i own. It definitely needs to be secured down with weights if you can hit somewhat hard, the whole stand will move back. The speed bag is great just be sure to tighten the knobs completely. I add about 20lbs of weight to the top of the speed bag platform to help keep the platform stable as it does bounce quite a bit and can ruin your pace. There are 2 plastic square pieces that go in between the speed bag post and the mount on the stand itself, be sure those are always secure in place because they do shift up and down. Edit: the standard swivel that came with the speed bag platform was hindering my speed. I replaced it with the everlast professional swivel bracket. The bracket was a direct bolt in and didn't need any new holes drilled in. I used the new nuts and bolts that came with the new bracket as well. It's going to take a bit of getting used to but it's definitely a lot faster. ... show more

The bag was a gift for one of my children. The stand, bag and accessories arrived undamaged and well packed. The stand took approximately 45-minutes to assemble. Most difficult task is hanging up heavy bag. Everything works well and (so far), everything is holding up well (durability). Maybe only complaint is that the timing bag support (flat, horizontal platform), tilts and is not parallel to floor. This may appear minor, but as your ability improves, you do prefer bag to bounce back consistently. Being stuck at home during Covid-19 pandemic, this gift has helped alleviate stress for everyone.     • Good overall but speed bag board not so much.
Within days the speed bag board had broken. Contacted seller and got a quick response and solution. It was to go directly to Everlast and purchase a new board and forward them the receipt for reimbursement. Tried to but could not get board from Everlast so found an actual wooden 24" round board at Lowe's for about $20 just drilled matching holes and it's better than what came with the set. Kinda a pain but for the price and overall sturdiness for me not really a big deal. ... show more

I got this bag and stand a few days ago. Took me awhile to put together...word of advice, do NOT tighten all the bolts until it’s all put together, otherwise you will have issues since you need wiggle room. It’s so sturdy. I am not a hard hitter, but still will get some weights to weigh it down. Love this so much!!! Definitely worth the money! ... show more
