1. The chair looks good and is comfortable. 2. Chair arrived on-schedule and well boxed. 3. When opened, a bolt fell to the floor. 4. The assembly technician could not determine the location of the bolt. 5. We kept the screw in case the chair fails in the future due to the bolt.

Had this for a year now. After a few months one of the massage points started making a noise. So I just stopped turning that one on. A week ago heat and massage stopped working. Checked all connections. Just out of warranty.....

The chair came in two boxes. It was very easy to assemble. The chair should come with chair pads for the floor so you don’t scratch the floor. The material of the chair is ok, it looks like it will wear out. It should have come with arm pads. The massage is ok, not strong, heat is ok

I received my chair in one week. I was very happy with the quick delivery. I needed it to help recover from hip replacement surgery. My old recliner was too deep to get up from without struggling. First off, my husband was able to assemble the chair in less than 10 minutes. It appears to be of sturdy construction. I purchased the blue gray and love the color and fabric. It is not a recliner for tall people. I'm 5'6'' and it is a good fit. The controls are easy to reach, with a separate remote for the heat and massage. The remote easily fits in the side pocket of the chair. This would be a five star chair if it reclined further. It is still pretty upright at full recline and not very conducive to sleep. So far I've had no issues with it but, I purchased the 3 year protection plan, just in case. Could've been a five star chair if you could sleep in it. ... show more
