5.0 out of 5 stars | The shorter you are, the better.
Pattern Name: Single
5'11 dude here. Awesome piece of equipment, although if you are taller than 5'9 you may have issues using this for any workouts while laying know your back. There will be overhang from your neck which can cause injury depending on exercise. Other than that, there are still endless possibilities with this product. Works even better with bowflex select techs or powerblocks (or any other 'select-weight' equipment). Together, they make a perfect compact home gym good enough for days where gym visits can't be fulfilled. Even just using this as a step platform has many benefits. Would recommend. I would love it if a deck was made just 3 or 4 inches longer. Using the incline can cause injury for someone tall.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Only after a few uses...
Pattern Name: Single
Although I love these benches, after only a few uses the one release broke right off. I did not see any place to contact the Seller regarding this item, so that is why I left the 1 star review. Maybe I just got 1 with issues, hope the other 3 I purchased lasts longer!

1.0 out of 5 stars | Seat cracked... Awaiting seller response...
Pattern Name: Single
Worked great for about 6 months until the plastic on the seat cracked and the lock quit working. I used it as a home gym bench and it only ever saw normal use and minimal at that. Had it not cracked, I was completely satisfied. I have reached out to the company and I will amend this review if they contact me back and resolve my complaint.

5.0 out of 5 stars | I am absolutely satisfied and happy with this item and my decision to ...
Pattern Name: Single
First, I am absolutely satisfied and happy with this item and my decision to buy this item instead of an actual weight lifting bench. I only use dumbbells, and this is perfect for this. I also have bands that I am going to incorporate back into my routine. If you look, you will see 4 round slots under the part of the bench that tilts up for the incline positions, and also one slot at the base of each green end (both sides) that are used to slide the bands through... very very nice. I also use this as a stepper, again, very nice! Second, this is very easy to use. This includes the the inclines, dropping one green end (for the decline), and putting the green ends back down into their original position. Third, I am 6 feet tall, and this is the perfect size for me. For anyone who is shorter than 6 feet, this will work perfectly for you. If you are over 6 feet... well, I'm guessing that it may not be long enough for someone who is taller than 6 feet 2 or 3 inches. FYI... The black area with the white circles down the center of this bench is rubber. This prevents sliding, which is a good thing. I personally use a regular bath towel, folded in half the long way to lay on while I work out, and I am quite comfortable. The width is perfect. I weigh 210 pounds without dumbbells and have no issues with the bench at all. I also use this as a stepper and with my weight, I have no issues with the bench. It's easy to move out of the way in my small apartment, unlike regular benches. When the bench legs are extended, the top of the bench is about 14 inches off of the floor. When the bench legs are tucked up (yes they lock into place and release very easily) the top of the bench is about 8-9 inches off of the floor (perfect for stepping). There is no assembly. It's a light 30 pounds, so it says, and that feels about right (not heavy at all compared to regular benches). Finally, I was reluctant to try this over a traditional weight bench. I took a chance to try something new, and I am so glad I did. I hope this helps.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great for small spaces!
Pattern Name: Single
Although there are more cushiony benches with more adapters/functions, this bench is exactly what I needed for small rooms. This bench does all the basics without compromising space. Compared to the Reebok version with the traction bumps that I read in another review, the flat rubber grip is very comfortable to lay on. The angles are good for all dumbbell exercises that I use it for, and the top edge of the incline can also be used as an elbow rest (using another stool/chair) for preacher curls if needed. The greatest value is the compact design that takes up little space when used and when stowed. The rubber grip feet hug the floor with no movement/wobble when using. Very sturdy and rugged design that will hold up for years to come. I would definitely buy this again without hesitation.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Must Have for your home workouts!
Pattern Name: Single
We have a small home gym, so limited space. I really wanted to add a weight bench, but I also wanted a 2nd step so I could teach a friend some of the Reebok step moved. I had ordered a different weight bench but then came across this one. Wow, what an amazing idea & exactly what I needed! It is heavy but hey, that's a big plus as it doesn't slide around at all when you use it. I'm 5'9" and long-waisted so I sit tall. When the seat back is set in the #2 position, it's perfect for flys using dumbbells, my head is at the very top of the seat back, so great if you're 5'9" and under. (It's a big too small for my hubs who is over 6'...but I didn't get it for him anyways:-) Set the bench flat and it's great to kneel on and do side lateral raises with a dumbbell. My workout partner and I could both sit back to back on the bench and do triceps dips at the same time...this bench easily supported both of us. And bonus, when you lift the seat back, there's also a small storage space underneath...perfect for storing all my workout bands. I can't say enough about how awesome this bench is! We were able to change up and add so much more to our home workout routine :-) The green legs easily fold under for a lower profile for stepping.

2.0 out of 5 stars | Not worth the price
Pattern Name: Single
I bought it so I could do some dumbbell exercises in my room but decided not to use it. The surface is too hard you need a towel or two, so if you want to bench press or shoulder press it will not be very convenient. This is literally a step for other type of workouts that do not involve some heavy weights. If you are into aerobic exercises then it’s ok, but if you want some quick workouts that involve some heavier weights it’s not really optimal. Please do some research before you buy since paying 170 is pretty expensive while you can get a good weight lifting bed for way cheaper.
