abunda_amazon_reviews 5'11 dude here. Awesome piece of equipment, although if you are taller than 5'9 you may have issues using this for any workouts while laying know your back. There will be overhang from your neck which can cause injury depending on exercise. Other than that, there are still endless possibilities with this product. Works even better with bowflex select techs or powerblocks (or any other 'select-weight' equipment). Together, they make a perfect compact home gym good enough for days where gym visits can't be fulfilled. Even just using this as a step platform has many benefits. Would recommend. I would love it if a deck was made just 3 or 4 inches longer. Using the incline can cause injury for someone tall.;;Reviewed in the United States on October 7, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;The shorter you are, the better.;;M. DeSanta;;;First, I am absolutely satisfied and happy with this item and my decision to buy this item instead of an actual weight lifting bench. I only use dumbbells, and this is perfect for this. I also have bands that I am going to incorporate back into my routine. If you look, you will see 4 round slots under the part of the bench that tilts up for the incline positions, and also one slot at the base of each green end (both sides) that are used to slide the bands through... very very nice. I also use this as a stepper, again, very nice! Second, this is very easy to use. This includes the the inclines, dropping one green end (for the decline), and putting the green ends back down into their original position. Third, I am 6 feet tall, and this is the perfect size for me. For anyone who is shorter than 6 feet, this will work perfectly for you. If you are over 6 feet... well, I'm guessing that it may not be long enough for someone who is taller than 6 feet 2 or 3 inches. FYI... The black area with the white circles down the center of this bench is rubber. This prevents sliding, which is a good thing. I personally use a regular bath towel, folded in half the long way to lay on while I work out, and I am quite comfortable. The width is perfect. I weigh 210 pounds without dumbbells and have no issues with the bench at all. I also use this as a stepper and with my weight, I have no issues with the bench. It's easy to move out of the way in my small apartment, unlike regular benches. When the bench legs are extended, the top of the bench is about 14 inches off of the floor. When the bench legs are tucked up (yes they lock into place and release very easily) the top of the bench is about 8-9 inches off of the floor (perfect for stepping). There is no assembly. It's a light 30 pounds, so it says, and that feels about right (not heavy at all compared to regular benches). Finally, I was reluctant to try this over a traditional weight bench. I took a chance to try something new, and I am so glad I did. I hope this helps.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;I am absolutely satisfied and happy with this item and my decision to ...;;Richard;;;Although I love these benches, after only a few uses the one release broke right off. Awaiting seller response...;;Shane;;;Although there are more cushiony benches with more adapters/functions, this bench is exactly what I needed for small rooms. This bench does all the basics without compromising space. Compared to the Reebok version with the traction bumps that I read in another review, the flat rubber grip is very comfortable to lay on. The angles are good for all dumbbell exercises that I use it for, and the top edge of the incline can also be used as an elbow rest (using another stool/chair) for preacher curls if needed. The greatest value is the compact design that takes up little space when used and when stowed. The rubber grip feet hug the floor with no movement/wobble when using. Very sturdy and rugged design that will hold up for years to come. I would definitely buy this again without hesitation.;;Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2017;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great for small spaces!;;Calibr8r;;;I love this bench. It's quick to transition between move and just the right height for me (I'm 5'4") to use for step moves and not be too balanced challenged! It's not cushy - which I prefer so that it is more stable for stepping on and back down for several moves. I really love it and it's improved my workouts tremendously. Honestly, this is an expensive bench. It took me a long time to decide to buy it. I was doing a workout program that needed a bench but could do some modifications with a stability ball. I've found that with the bench the workout is way more effective and actually easier! Again, it was a big investment in myself but I'm happy with this bench. It's not cushy since there is no padding but I use it to step up on in several moves so I needed one that was more stable for that kind of workout. I sit on it very little so I can deal with that in exchange for the stability for leg moves. I use it mainly to do The Masters Hammer & Chisel workouts and it's perfect for that.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 22, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Best bench for my workouts!;;YvetteInTheMountains;;;I've been doing the Kayla Itsines BBG work out and was improvising with my furniture to do all the bench moves. My friend recommended I buy this and I'm so glad I did! My workouts since have been so much more effective - I use this to do step ups, split squats, ab work, tricep dips, bench jumps and weights with dumbbells. It's sturdy for all of these exercises and has a little storage bin where I can store my dumbbells. Though I recommend you don't put them in until you've already folded it and moved it to where you want to store it as it's already a bit heavy to move around and any extra weight would make it much harder to move! The green legs fold in, sometimes it's tricky to pop them out but not difficult at all. I can't wait to try it next with resistance bands. Oh, and I wouldn't worry about the price, it's definitely worth the money - I'd splurge on this instead of buying a traditional flat bench or step platform any day. In fact, I bought that first and returned it as I would have had to purchase 4-5 additional pairs of risers to get it to this height (I believe it's 12" high).;;Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2016;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;Great bench, lots of uses!;;Momishhh
