I bought this for my son who is 10 and he was pumped to get it! It is very durable and is quite easy to fly! Had a ton of crashes and fails but this thing is holding up fairly well! I did have the propeller fall off once in a crash after hitting a tree at top speed but that was reasonable. My son and I love it!!!! Although the propellers do kind of hurt if you accidently hit with your hands, but it's awesome! I can't believe how some people dare to give it 1 star! They most likely break it by hitting something at full speed or nose dive at full speed. 5 stars! Awesome for beginners and not too challenging! I do recommend an open field for it though! ... show more

    • Good but needs improvement.
The good- I’ve used my plane for about 20 min so far and it’s taken some pretty hard hits and has not broken contrary to a lot of reviews on here. It even slammed full speed into a metal wire fencing and did not break the props or shear the wings off. The bad- the turning radius is very wide. I have an acre I was flying it on and it still flew into the adjacent property. It also seems to lose signal within a short distance. Needs improvement- longer distance signal and addition of aileron’s , elevators and a rudder would make this plane top notch. ... show more

    • Flimsy cheap breaks easily
Update: Broke on the third try despite being gentle. Avoid. Got this for my nephew and we took it flying this weekend. Was quite easy to get started. We found an empty field and went for it. The wind wasn't too strong, but it launched and we were able to fly it without any hitches. Would recommend!

    • Broke down during maiden flight
The plane was pretty cool and took off really nicely. Not having elevators actually makes it bit more challenging than usual since you rely on throttle control to maintain your altitude. Unfortunately, one motor decided to stall mid flight. As the plane relies on equal thrust from both sides to steer, the plane quickly spiraled to the ground. What I will say is that despite the rapid uncontrollable descent, the body held up from the crash landing exceptionally. This is the first plane I've ever owned and it is SO MUCH FUN!!!! Uh The stability control system keeps the plane steady and makes it extremely user friendly for ALL! I found myself in intermediate mode after 20 minutes in beginner.The stability system in this mode is turned off and so the flight controls are very responsive, making the plane incredibly acrobatic. This plane can take a beating! I've nosed dived into the ground, crashed into a tree, landed it in a swamp, and it's still going like new. Although I've had to reinforced parts of it with super glue and duct tape. It is so light and glides so well that the flight time between both batteries will easily last 45 minutes. And it charges in less than an hour! I can't recommend this enough. Right out of the box you'll be flying this thing in a matter of minutes. MUST HAVE ... show more

    • Great starter plane with some assembly requried!
My nephew is stoked after getting this for his birthday! Some assembly required but it wasn't super difficult. The learning curve to flying it is small so it's def great for beginners. Have not crashed or missed a landing yet so not sure how it will take a crash but I will update if anything changes. ... show more

    • the propeller blades brake off sort of easily if you land on your nose.
this planes proplers brake of but it does come with extras so dont worry about it you will get the hang of it. the airframe is strong and durable but the plane is very light so DO NOT FLY ON A WINDY DAY it probably will go over a fence. and start flying at a big open field.
