I bought this to help tone my abs during movie nights. I will say that it feels effective and I have lost an inch from my waist after three weeks of 30 minute use. It is easy to use, but I suggest using a larger spray bottle and really get the pads wet. It certainly does not replace working out, but it can be helpful for those who haven't done a sit up in a while.

Idk if it works can’t get the band around my waist do not buy if you are skinny like the girl in the photo. 105 pounds 5’4 the band is for a big person or man.

I accidentally ordered this brand. I intended to get a different one, and after reading the reviews posted, I came very close to returning it. I still might, but I decided to give it a try. Other reviewers complained about 'burns' and red patches of skin after using the device. I have had NO problems with this. I make sure to spray water on the pads before starting. It's too early to tell how effective it is, but I don't expect overnight miracles. How I'm using the device: on my abs, I'm using the fat loss setting - I was "blessed" with familial body fat there; I'm using the 2 smaller parts on my calves on the strength setting. I'm happy so far.
