This water heater was very easy to install and is very easy to use. It works very well and is so low profile that you can just hang it on a wall and forget about it. I love tankless water heaters now.

This is great for a house without gas connections. It allows you to get nearly instantaneous hot water and you never run out of hot water. It's great for large families so you don't have to stagger showers in order to make sure everyone has a comfortable water temperature. We used a plumber friend to hook it up so I don't know how difficult it would be to install on my own. I would say a gas tankless hot water heater is superior to an electric, but if your house doesn't have gas hook ups, this is the next best thing.

The first thing I notice about this tankless water heater was how thin it is. It can be installed on an open wall in the bathroom without taking too much space, or even looking bad or out of place. The instructions are well written and professionally produced. Overall, I like how this heater looks and can't wait to see how it performs.

The look of this tankless water heater is a sleek slim design with its digital touch display. It doesn't take up much room on a wall or under a sink. The price is much better then other tank less heaters. I wouldn't say installation was a breeze, but I'm no plumber either. It didn't have any problem heating a utility sink in the garage and worked pretty well. I think this is good for heating small areas.

Not only is the price on this lower than most other tankless heaters, but also the energy savings is great as well. The water is hot on demand and this was very easy to install. I did hire someone out to install it so that I didn't mess it up, but I watched how he did it and it looked pretty simple to do. I'm still glad I hired a pro though, as I feel more confident that it was done correctly. I love that it has all the additional safety features on it as well, such as the leak protection. Lots of other great features as well. Additionally, it looks much nicer than the typical big cylindrical hot water heater that most people have in their homes.

Our house is very old and very large and we have had problems getting hot water from the basement to a couple of upper floor bathrooms due to the distance. We installed this for one bathroom and it is great. Ready for number 2, probably would only have needed the one for both but easier now just to add another one.
