My son loves this bike! They did guarantee Christmas Eve delivery which didn’t happen but once he got it two days after Christmas he loved it. Easy to put together and it was easy for him to ride. He’s a tall eleven year old but it’s perfect for him with room to grow into. Great purchase, I just hope it holds up. Very durable heavy duty parts so I have my hopes. We wanted something as close to a dirt bike as can be without getting hassled by the cops. Arrived one day early, very well packed. Assembly was a breeze other than the modification I did on the rear box. It doesn't open up when my desired seat height is proper for me. I slid it back to the front two holes. It might not be as stable, but should work fine. Total assembly time was less than an hour. Needed tools were provided. User guide needs to be updated, as it is very simplistic, and lacks important information as far as the switch between my headlight and horn button. I have no idea what it does. After charging my first spin was AMAZING! Very responsive and solid. Brakes were great, seat was comfortable. It was a joy to operate. Intelligent charger, and heavy duty cords and input. We bought this for our grandson, his 10th birthday. It will do the 20mph with him on it. My husband road it (235lbs) and could only get to 16mph. It fits my grandson well, he abt 4' 7". The seat is adjustable so I am sure it will grow with him. We also got him a helmet. The throttle it like a motorcycle and takes off instantly when turned. Plenty of power for a full size person. The puddles could be attached a little sturdier and the back pedals are worthless. Make sure all screw are tight, the front wheel came off on the grandson's 1st ride as my husband didn't check. ... show more

So far not impressed. Was supposed to arrive before Christmas but showed up on the 26th. The instructions are poorly written, nothing that explains the included parts, or what should be included. Missing the second screw for the headlamp and the threaded nuts for the kickstand, so those are not yet installed. The bike came with a bunch of tools, but the none of the crescent wrenches provided fit the nuts on the wheel. The battery charged overnight but when powering on the display lights up briefly, then nothing. We’ve done all troubleshooting steps but still, nothing. The looks good...but there is no headlight that comes with it so my son is riding in the dark..and the front do not disengage..he's only had it about 3 days and they are already worn out...and the battery life is not what is described..it only last about 10miles before it needs a charge..I wish I can return this but my son is begging me not to..I wouldn't recommend sorry ... show more

THE FRONT FENDER IS LITERALLY BACKWARDS...LOL! Flip the bracket and install the front fender in the correct position. Every bolt needs to be tightened. Very good looks and feels like good quality materials. The motor is weak but is safe for children that are beginners. My nine year old loves it.
