1.0 out of 5 stars | Four hundred dollar piece of junk!
When the product advertises that it can gauge the DPF soot load percentage, I expected more accuracy than 0% or 100%, but according to tech support this is completely normal, even though this truck monitors that in 5% increments on the dash. This feature, and the ability to manual DPF regen are the only reasons I bought this thing. If it can't manual DPF regen, it's going to be returned. I'll update my review after I attempt a manual DPF regen. Also, this is in a stock 2015 Ford F-350 Powerstroke if that helps you decide. Update: Device didn't even last one week, and yes, the firmware is up to date. Now it won't connect to the truck and reads contact tech support. Too bad tech support is only available 8-5 MTN time Monday through Friday, because that's my work schedule, so I'd have to take a day off to trouble shoot the device with them. Between this defective product, and the hours that tech support make themselves available, this has been a terrible purchase. I'm just thankful I bought through Amazon because returning it will be easy.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Would Not Buy Again
I've had this monitor for just over 2 years and it has always been a little glitchy. Now the touch screen won't respond. Every time I touch the screen, the monitor beeps, but nothing else happens. I performed all updates yesterday, which was a painful process with the glitchy update software, hoping that would fix the problem but no success. After talking with Edge this morning, they tell me the touch screen has failed and the warranty on this overpriced, problematic thing is only 1 year. Now I have to ship it to Edge to be repaired for $99 plus shipping. I will be staying away from Edge Products poor engineering from now on. Don't waste your hard earned money.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Enjoy your 1 year of use. Terrible customer service.
Worked for a year exactly as prescribed, was perfect. Then one day It dropped 90% of the guage options. Called, updated it- no solution. 2 weeks later there was a new update, the product wont connect or be recognized by any computer. Now after 4 months of fighting with customer service no resolution. Beyond disappointed and now am out $400 for no reason.

4.0 out of 5 stars | Amazing product!
Amazing product been using it for many months now and there's no way i would ever go back to driving a Diesel truck without it, all my alarms are set up, maintenance notifications and you can download logs to your laptop created on an XL sheet. I gave 4 stars for future improvements, you are limited to if i remember 8 alarms and i would love to change the alarm sounds, small changes to make it even better! I've updated the product without any problems and customized it with the Edge desktop software. Reads codes very well and in most cases it will give you the cause for the code if not very easy to find online. With Ford you can clear codes while driving. I run a 2005 Diesel Powerstroke F350 DRW Lariat FX4.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Works great
Good purchase if you just want to monitor the vital temps and PSI of your diesel. I am not interested in tuning and running the tar out of my truck so this worked well. The CTS2 monitors pretty much everything on the truck. My truck(06 Dodge Diesel) does not have EGT readings but I will be purchasing the expandable EGT probe. Keep in mind this device has the capability to read all sorts of parameters however your truck does have to have the electric sensors for this to be able to read. Older trucks, Like my 96 Dodge - Only a few would work. I believe this is useful for trucks with more electronic controls, otherwise the standard gauge pods would be my choice for the mechanical trucks.

2.0 out of 5 stars | Buyer Beware On The Extended Warranty
Touch screen stopped working after only a year and a half. Updated software to see if it would fix it. After updating the Fusion software says I’m eligible to upgrade my warranty an additional year for $19.95. So I bought the warranty. Called tech support to get my CTS2 repaired as screen still don’t work and they said I can’t add warranty to my device. Explained that the software gave the option and processed the payment. They would not honor the extended warranty but applied the 19.95 I payed toward the 100 they are charging to repair the device. Tech support folks were nice and gave me a shipping label.

5.0 out of 5 stars | It's awesome peace of mind .
Apparently my internet connection glitched out while downloading the updates and I was totally lost wondering what the heck was wrong. I called customer support and I gotta say they weren't only helpful but kind, funny and respectful. I seriously felt like I had not only invested in a fine piece of equipment but an excellent company employing good people to boot and that made my day. I know what y'all r thinking and yes I'm the cabinet maker that's fun to work with. So yes having a good time producing a quality product is important to folks like me. The stock gauges on my Duramax have nothing on this baby. At all times I know exactly what is going on with my truck. I pulled all the codes that were on the truck when I bought it and after checking everything out erased them. lol it was great. I gotta say, I was worried about injector balance rates on these LB7s and didn't want to go broke taking every truck I was interested in buying to a shop , heck now I can check them anytime I feel like it. (:two thumbs up:) When I get in and fire her up I know she is in perfect condition and ready to roll.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Great OBD2 monitor
Great product. Not a tuner. It’s all you can buy in Commiefornia One other note . Don’t leave it attached when not in use . The sun really makes it too hot . I cut a piece of cardboard out and put it behind the monitor . Kills the heat by at least 90%
