I am so sick of cheap crap that only lasts a year or so. I guess I get what I pay for. :/ It was an ok dust and hair picker upper but not a lot of power so that was disappointing right away. So I used it for the time in-between deep cleans. I used it about every other day for a year and a half. The battery has started to diminish so only works for about 5 mins now. and recently the brush won't turn. Tried to take it apart and I can't even get it apart to get the hair out. I think I have spent enough time on this. I have an upright vacuum and shop vac that I've had for 10 years and they still work great! I guess I will go back to the cords. ... show more

If you have a large home or an active family with pets and kids, do not purchase, as you will be unhappy and frustrated. I have a Dyson Absolute at primary residence, therefore I didn't expect much from this under $200 model from an unknown company...It had decent reviews, so when the price came down to $100 a few weeks ago, decided to try it...the vacuum power is decent and as a nice bonus it has a LIGHT that is awesome! There are just 2 of us in a small double wide - 40 x 20...we are not messy people so this serves the purpose for us. Our shoes come off in the house, and generally not much mess around. Currently dog sitting, and with a daily vacuum on mostly hard surface floors, it does a pretty good job of picking up all the dog hair ( a golden-lab mix we think, so VERY "sheddy")... I have used it on the carpets, too, it does pick up the dog hair, however I go over it twice, and still am picking up a small amount of her hair. The carpet brush is pretty flimsy. It DOES run out of charge quickly, I did the 3 carpets 2 times today, and the hard surface areas as well. It was down to 20% at the end of that and as I said the home is SMALL...did not get to the mudroom or the screened porch. It takes several hours to get back to full charge. When the grandkids come to visit I will probably have to break out the old floor model vacuum, with a hearty suction. I don't know realistically how long it will last, but if it gives me a couple of years I'll be glad...If you have a large home or an active family with pets and kids, do not purchase, as you will be unhappy and frustrated. ... show more

I bought this vacuum in July of 2022 and it is a little ove a year and I can only vacuum for 5 minutes then it dies. I really liked it and it was so convenient. I see all the reviews about the battery but no information on if we can change the battery. I can't even see where I can call the company. Can someone please help? I don't want to order another one from another company. ... show more

    • Wouldn't buy again!
The color and over all assemble part of it is great! It did stop working pretty fast and the battery life would drain way too fast! Only for small spaces not for large homes or large pets!

The charge didn't last like I liked but it was light weight and made my life a little easier for clean ups. However the bottom ended up coming loose and I didn't realize it and continued using it as im realizing it's not working I set it aside a month or 2, Come back to it and see it's completely detached from the suction.... this whole time I believe it'd had been detached 😪 I really wanted to love it :( ... show more

It was good until it wasn’t. I’ve only had this vacuum for a year and the battery has been trash for at least the last 3/4 months. It will say it’s fully charged and then turns off after 5 minutes. I can barely clean one area rug before it shuts down. DO NOT PURCHASE! Not worth it.
