1.0 out of 5 stars | These shoes are terrible.
Size: 13 Wide Color: Grey
I’m a bit bewildered by the 69 positive reviews here. Within two hours of putting these shoes on it felt like I was walking in concrete. Cushioned insoles absolutely pathetic. I’m 6’4 250# so I’m bigger than the avg person but if these shoes can’t handle that then specify a weight limit. What I got isn’t worth $9 let alone $49. Save your money and get a better quality shoe not something that feels like you’re wearing wooden clogs from the Netherlands.

1.0 out of 5 stars | A Bad pair of Shoes for Nurses/Runners/Anyone Really
Size: 8 Wide Color: Black
Quick Review: This shoe causes horrible foot pain Long Review: I decided to buy this shoe based on the opinions found on a few Yahoo articles about Nurses and Runners Shoe preferences. So despite the low price ($27.30) I gave them a try at work, which in the past a fresh pair of shoes saves my feet from a lot of pain. I work as an ICU nurse and these shoes were as bad as the shoes I was attempting to replace. My entire foot (heel, neutral arch and forefoot) were in pain for 12 hours of intense care to covid patients. I was really disappointed since I always by Sketchers for work because of the memory foam sole. The SKECHERS Vigor 2.0 have always worked well for me during my nursing career and I plan to buy another replacement pair very soon.

3.0 out of 5 stars | Not at great as these reviews would lead you to believe.
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Black
First and foremost, the "great arch support" review is either a wildly inaccurate mistake or a straight up lie. These shoes legitimately feel like you are walking on two separated soles, both with minimal padding. I, too, have flat feet, and guess what's in the most pain within 20min...yep, my arches/mid-foot. They feel like they're being stretched between two unconnected soles. The soles themselves are bricks too. No padding, give, or bounce whatsoever...which is terrible for "walking shoes". The "memory foam" insoles are a joke too--they're too thin to matter, and I feel like Sketchers knows that. Additionally, they weren't "true to size" for me. I wear 10.5W, and these actually feel wider/larger than most shoes I get. You're going to have to end up buying some nice insoles/inserts to make these shoes worth wearing daily, so you may as well just go ahead and buy a better shoe in the first place.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Surprisingly good for the price
Size: 11 Wide Color: Grey
They aren't the best looking sneaker. Pretty squarely in the Dad/Grandpa sneaker looks category. They are very comfortable though and seem to be well made. Having wide sizes is a huge plus. They fit well but may run a little large. I normally wear an 11 wide Mizuno and the 10 wide Concept 3 fits perfectly. If you don't care what they look like you probably can't get a better shoe at this cost.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Poor quality - junk through and through...
Over the years, I've come to expect little from Skechers products and typically would buy anything but this brand. But it had been a few years since my last poor experience, and the price was good so once again I did the foolish thing and purchased a pair. Another mistake. I rotate shoes, and only used this pair every 2 to 3 days on the treadmill. Sure enough, in three months, the soles and body of the shoe are in near new condition but the insoles had holes worn through on both sneakers. It was like walking with a rock in each shoe. I worked for an hour to try and pull the foam and cloth combination out to insert replacement insoles. The problem: the incredibly poor quality or poorly engineered insoles kept breaking off in chunks, much the way they wore through in chunks under the balls of my feet. Never again. These are dollar store shoes, at best.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Not a bargain
It runs wider than other skechers. If you have any foot, knee, hip, back problems - these sneakers are too loose and will probably worsen them. Tying the sneakers tighter will not help you that much. The laces are cheap too and kept coming loose. The insoles are terrible. It's hard and has no spring. I walked slower in them. They are actually difficult to walk in. Miserable experience They looked OK on Amazon but here's a review from one of my buddies "They look like supermarket sneakers" I was embarrassed wearing them. Be nice to yourself- spend a few more dollars and get better sneakers

5.0 out of 5 stars | Early Days, but so far so good
Size: 12 Wide Color: Navy Blue
I have only had these shoes for 1 week, so I'm not sure yet how well they will hold up. That being said the shoes look great and are very comfortable. The shoes fit great and since they came in a 12W I don't have to break them in like I do with most of my shoes. For someone looking for a nice looking cost effective pair of shoes, I would definitely recommend. If it turns out they don't last/hold up for long I will update my review accordingly as that is always the concern with cheaper shoes.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Perfect Wide Shoe Style
If you haven't purchased Sketchers before and you have wide feet, give them a go. I bough this pair cause my other Sketchers were due to be replaced. These shoes are so comfortable to wear. I have wide feet and am an amputee - so having a sturdy, wide shoe for my prosthetic leg is vital to me not falling. These shows are light and very comfortable and feel great. Definite buy for me in the future.
