I've had this up for 1 full day now. We've made it to 95 degrees which is fine as we haven't hit peak winter yet. I'm hotel that it will get to 104 soon and maintain. Its very sturdy. We have dogs and I was worried they might pop it but they have not. The only really negative so far is the buttons on the machine that blow it up, heat it, run the keys etc is not very sensitive. I have to try to unlock the key pad multiple times before I am able to do anything on the machine. If it makes it through the winter to be put up and reused i will consider it more than worth the money spent. ... show more

Spa works well. Temperature warms about 2 degrees per hour and is quiet. Jets are nice and it is very relaxing. We use it just about every night. Recommend this spa. Light leaked from crack on side i did not see but oh well. Bought a floating light instead since I could not get a replacement. I have now moved mine inside to my basement. I have foam floor mats underneath the spa to keep it off the floor (so the cold from the floor does not effect the heat. My basement is slightly vented but we can not smell the chemicals upstairs above the spa. The temperate stays steady being on the foam mats. I love that it is portable and can use it year round now. I was hoping for some joint relief for this aging body, and this is better than I imagined. I have used traditional hot tubs, but all that hard plastic is not comfortable. The air actually makes for a cushioning effect, and the depth is great! I can soak up to my chin. I am able to do simple arm and leg aerobic exercises with ease and comfort - plenty of room. I only wish there were a remote for the timer and temperature. I am not good about remembering to heat it up before use - try to keep it at 99, and then it only requires a few hours to get to 104 - seems to like it best and stays at 102, which is fine for me. Others may want that 104 - I find it hard to keep it at that temp. ... show more

This was not the color or product I ordered I ordered gray This one is almost ugly orange. And this one is ... a little smaller then the Tahiti. Because of the trouble I am sure the nation is in... I should not complain. But it was disappointing!

** update The pump worked perfectly for 6 months, company replaced it, worked for 6 months then quit. They only replace during the first year, even if you are on a second pump during that one year. Essentially requiring us to buy a new pump each year? Definitely did not have the longevity I was expecting. Absolutely wonderful! Best purchase ever. Have been in every day since Christmas. Easy to operate, easy to maintain, easy to set up! It has been ideal for quarantine!! ... show more

Being stuck at home due to the virus is leaving some of us bored and running out of things to do. This spa is a great way to get outside and enjoy being at home. It was super simple to set up. The pump and filter system is easy to operate and use. I have had mine now for 6 weeks. The filter system really works. Living in South Louisiana, we have lots of bugs! The filter system does a great job keeping the water free of bugs and debris. Comes with its own spa cover which is nice. I highly recommend! ... show more

    • Do not buy this product.
I purchased this project and within a week it had three holes in it. The seller was not responsive and would not work with me to fix the issue. It is a very expensive product to no longer be able to use due to the holes. Very disappointed and will never buy from this seller again.
