abunda_amazon_reviews This tent is so convenient! My husband and I had a quick weekend camping trip and I didn’t want to set up our big cabin tent for one weekend so I purchased the 4 person pop up tent. It easily fits a queen size air mattress with plenty of room at the ends for personal bags. You can’t stand up in it but plenty of room to sit up even with the air mattress inflated. The tent comes with metal stakes but nothing to hit them with so make sure to bring a hammer. Also, the take down of the tent is pretty easy if you watch a YouTube tutorial. Otherwise, the directions aren’t very helpful that come with the tent. My only complaint is the door. It was SO hard to zip. It would zip fine up until the very end and then we had to use both hands to pull the material together to get the zipper up. We adjusted the tent stakes and no luck. At the very end of the trip, we completely unstaked it and the door zipped up perfectly easy! So, if you aren’t camping somewhere windy, don’t stake it down. We staked the rain fly down and that’s it. As long as you have bags or some sort of weight in the tent, it shouldn’t go anywhere without the stakes. And you will save yourself a lot of frustration trying to zip up the door. All in all, a nice tent and very convenient! We are keeping it now that we’ve discovered the secret to get the door to zip up.;;Reviewed in the United States on July 25, 2018;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Here’s the secret to the door that won’t zip...;;Kayla;;;SET UP/TAKE DOWN: Super easy to set up... better practice taking it down. SIZE: This is definitely NOT for 4 adults. 4 kids? Maybe. After reading reviews we thought it best to get the 4 person, there is the perfect amount of space for two people horizontally and our belongings at our feet - OR - Vertically with items on each side. I would definitely not want any less space for two people than what is provided. SPACE/GEAR: You can't stand in this tent but there is plenty of head space and gear space for two people of course. If you use an air mattress, I wouldn't use a high one. We purchased two sleeping pads to maximize head space and a light weight queen sleeping bag that could be separated for when we camp separately. A big pro of these items is that they pack small, easy to set up, surprisingly comfortable, and inexpensive. The whole point in purchasing this tent is because it's easy set up so why not make everything as easy ;) (items listed below) WATERPROOF: Surprisingly well. We've used it twice in rain and for the first adventure the rain was fierce! We were in a lake of a puddle but there was no puddled water inside... it did get a bit moist but we were definitely surprised by how well it fared. When making it back to the tent after a soaking wet hike, we slipped a tarp underneath to be safe but we could have gotten by without. WEATHER: We live Georgia and purchased this in May... It's been super breezy and comfortable in the heat and through some cool spells in the Mountains. We're about to take it to Asheville in a few days with a high of 70 and a low of 40. Fingers crossed our sleeping bags keep us cozy bc I'm concerned the tent is not going to be any help... I'll try to update ;) CONS// The handle on the bag. it's smaller than a purse handle. Ideally it would be a shoulder strap or even have back pack straps (even though you'd end up looking like you have a turtle shell on your back) I'm sure a shoulder strap would be easy enough to sew on but just saying it would be nice. We got the 4-person version. It's definitely the easiest tent ever to set up, a little tricky at first to break down but quick once you do it one or two times. I like the “skylight”, and it's long enough for a tall person to sleep comfortably. It's narrow though, so I can't imagine 4 or even 3 people sleeping comfortably in this thing. So here's the big issues: 1) The door zipper is really flimsy, and felt like it could tear easily, especially once the tent is staked down and occupied. 2) It folds up into a massive 3' wide bag, which is thin/lightweight so not a big deal for weight, but may pose a storage or portability issue for some...definitely better for casual car campers vs. trying to backpack that thing anywhere. 3) There is a gigantic warning tag regarding the flame retardants used on the fabric. Did some digging to assess actual risk, and there are reported issues with vapor inhalation / transference onto skin when sleeping in / assembling tents that use those chemicals in the fabric, and recommendations to wear gloves when assembling and avoid using the rain fly. Since our other tent doesn't have the sketch chemicals on it we're going to stick with that model. If you do decide to get this tent, quick tip: take care if you're opening it indoors or with people standing nearby - it can pop up FAST, and when I pulled it out of the carrying bag in our living room it exploded from a flat circle to a 9' tent pretty much instantly. I'd thought I had enough space for it and was mentally prepared, but still pretty sure I peed my pants a little in the commotion.;;Reviewed in the United States on June 28, 2017;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Neat design, big chemical warning tag;;CK
