I have been wearing Dickies cargo scrub pants for 9ish years. They DC’d the ones I like (I think they were called “Youtility,” or something). I already had a couple of Carhartt scrub tops because my husband had a sale at his work so I thought I’d try them out. I loved the fabric of the tops so much, I wondered if the pants would be a good replacement for the Dickies ones. OMG, they’re like buttah!! They are SO COMFY. Had I found these scrub pants sooner, I would’ve switched to Carhartt from Dickies in less than a quarter of a heartbeat. I had a couple of problems with the Dickies ones, but they were actually slightly less of a problem than most scrub pants. But here it is: I have a booty. For the size of the junk in my trunk, my waist should supposedly be thicker according to just about every pant maker ever. Most pants gap at the back when I crouch down. With the Dickies, I would just cinch the waist tie as much as I could and hope for the best. These pants are stretchier and the waist band has more elastic to it. So there is no gap. They FEEL like leggings, but without the indecency. I don’t feel like all my cellulite is on display for everyone. They are form fitting without looking like they’re painted on. These are also a bit higher rise than the Dickies, hence another reason I don’t get that gapping at the back. The waist tie on the Dickies also likes to slide and not stay tight. So I’d have to double knot them to make them stay put (and then fight my way out to be able to go to the bathroom). Not so with these. The tie is kind of ribbed, so it catches and stays tied exactly how I had it. This fabric has a slightly silky-type feel to it instead of most scrubs that feel like what cheap bed sheets are made of. If these pants were a little cheaper, I’d buy ten pair and wear them everyday. They’re amazing. As of now, I have four pair and I’m trying to figure out how to justify buying more when I only work four days a week. ... show more

I have gone back into the field and needed scrubs. I purchased scrubs from a local store and I like them, however I also purchased Carhartt and these are my favorites. I actually came back and purchased another set. The pocket features are excellent and allow me to carry the items I use the most without having to go back to the nurses station. Fit is really nice and I love the fabric and how comfortable the scrubs feel while wearing them. They have some stretch which is nice while bending, twisting or just sitting. I've held several nursing jobs and have had to order several sets of scrubs throughout the years and these are now the only scrubs I buy!! They are so comfortable, flattering, quick drying impossible to stain, and the color does not fade over time, neither does the quality of the fabric. The only thing issue is that the sizing can be inconsistent with ordering online. Im 5ft2in and 155lbs and I initially ordered a small pant because the smalls fit me perfectly in the Caribbean blue color that I had been wearing for the last 2+ years, however, in the navy which I just ordered for a new job, the smalls were tiny so I returned for a medium (which is my typical size) and they fit great. I also had to get them hemmed because they were a tad too long however I am petite. I read reviews that they run on the short side so I did not want to risk getting the petite sizing however I probably could have to avoid having to get them altered. These are great for women with full thighs because they do not wear down in between the legs like my old Grey's Anatomy scrubs did. They stay looking new for at least a couple years and feel like you are wearing pajamas. These are some of the nicest scrub pants I have ever worn. The material is soft and light. Not clingy at all, fit nicely. The legs are long which I like because many that I have tried just weren't long enough. And they just look so much nicer on than those stiff scrub pants and some other scrubs that just look like you're wearing a Glad, drawstring, trash bag. These have style and class. 😉 ... show more

Like other reviews have said these are pretty baggy in the legs. They were were pretty tight in the hips and thighs but very baggy/long in the bottoms of the legs. I will say they had a very comfortable waist but these wouldn’t be my first choice at all. I don’t think sizing up would fix the overall fit. ... show more
