abunda_amazon_reviews I bought this refrigerator from airport appliances in San Jose California. We have had our ref. doors left open so many times which never happened with the similar Samsung ref. we had. So we found that when you push right door to close it gets stuck without closing it all the way. It needs to be forced to close all the way. Followed by closing the left door. After closing the left door, right door pops out a little bit that needs to be pushed again to close it. Otherwise it won't be air tight and may cause condensation. Airport appliances arranged Bosch technician to visit and take a look at the issue. Technician acknowledged the issue and said that his 3 year old Bosch also behaves the same way and this is according to design. I asked technician to write down my complain in the report he refused to do it; saying tat I am putting him in a difficult position. I told him the report is of no use to me if you don't record the complained details. He said he would leave if I force him to write it and he left. Neither Airport appliances nor Bosch are helpful resolve this. Not good experience at all.;;Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2019;;2.0 out of 5 stars;;Door closing issues. Anyway, reviews speak for themselves. Hope BOSCH goes bankrupt on their appliance scam.
