    • Worth the time and Effort for Subtle but Significant Results
TLDR; Worth it, effective, learning curve, takes time. First off, before deciding to purchase this sort of product, I would recommend getting a Groupon to get cavitation done professionally because I noticed some people in the reviews (for similar products) complained about the ringing in the ears. That's normal since this machine uses sound waves to release fat from fat cells. If I didn't hear the ringing, I would think it's not working. I advise anyone wanting this product to have a session professionally before deciding. Watch youtube videos for guidance on how to use it. Due to having a baby and surgery, my belly does not look the way I would like. I lost 20 pounds in the past couple of years so now the loose skin is more obvious. Now it's getting harder to lose weight, so I thought I could add this to efforts. I tried out cavitation and skin tightening last summer and was going to do that again. When I saw the price of the machine and the price of a set of session (I usually do 6) it was a no brainer. Using this machine at home is time consuming, but to drive 20 minutes, wait, have a 20 minute session, then go home is more time consuming. The price is great considering how it compares to a set of sessions. One session professionally could easily cost $30-60, so this is more economical after a few uses. Results - so after using this for 2 weeks (most days, not everyday) I lost nearly 2 inches off my waist and a little bit around the belly button and hips. I also used this on my legs and noticed improvement in definition but I didn't measure or take photos. This helped to reduce saddle bags but some areas do not respond as well - the cankles are more stubborn but I am working on it. That's another benefit to having the device at home; you can try it on different body parts and see what works instead of paying for expensive sessions only to find it doesn't work the way you want it to work. I took photos of my stomach, but because there's less fat, the loose skin actually makes it look worse in a way. As I mentioned, I had surgery so this really can't negate the damage done by the surgery, although my stomach does look leaner/better overall. I use the RF device as well but it takes longer for the skin to spring back. I am hoping this will help with spider veins. The jury is still out on that one. I tried the RF device on my face (one 10 minute session) and 2 days later, I have to say my skin looked glowing. My pores look a little smaller too. I have heard I should not do RF on my face more than once a month, so I don't use it much. I prefer dermarolling for my face. I tried the RF device on my knee because it was hurting. It stopped hurting but the pain comes and goes, so I can't tell if it helped. It certainly didn't hurt. I have not lost any weight but this device is generally meant to lose fat in targeted areas. Fat doesn't actually weigh much; it just takes up a lot of space. Watching videos on youtube and reading reviews on Amazon, I've deduced a few things for myself. I hope this is helpful to others: You can use the device daily but your body needs time to flush the fat from the body through the lymphatic system. It probably makes sense to do the belly for 20-60 minutes (I usually go 30 minutes but some youtube videos show them doing the belly for a 60 minute session) one day then do legs the next day (so use daily but on different parts of the body). Settings - I usually use C or sometimes switch between modes. I put the intensity up pretty high. I use ultrasound gel. In 3 weeks, I used a whole liter of the stuff. It's really important to have enough when you do RF because that part does get hot. Be generous with it and have lots of towels ready. I put on a movie when I use this thing but an audiobook would make more sense. This machine scares my cat so keep that in mind. I always drink a lot of water but I drink even more when using this. I started doing 100 squats a day a week ago (it's not that much actually) because the idea is to get the lymph moving so it can whisk the fat away. I have tried compression socks to help with lymphatic drainage (I have cankles so I use the machine on my calves). I tried a waist trainer overnight but I don't know if that makes a difference. After I use the machine, I wipe off the gel and give myself a quick massage to try to move the fat to the lymph. After using this machine, I do notice the treated area feels softer (liquified fat?). Some advise against eating before and after using this device for a couple of hours or skipping caffeine. I drink lots of coffee. I avoid sugar in general and I think that might be key as well. A low carb diet lowers insulin levels. Insulin tells your body to store fat so you don't want to raise your insulin after using this device. I got a lymphatic massage a couple of days ago (it's basically a whole-body blood pressure cuff) and I felt wiped out for the next 2 days so I think my lymphatic system really does need 1- time to clear the released fat 2 - help clearing the fat via motion such as massage or exercise. RF does make the skin look a little nicer immediately but it takes weeks/months for the skin to produce fresh collagen so results will take longer. I take a collagen support supplement. Taking before photos is important because I thought maybe I was using it unevenly because my stomach looked uneven. Nope - checking my before photos I saw my love handles were already uneven.     • What can I say…I love it!
I wish I had time to upload a video and maybe when I get a chance I’ll be able to revise this review and add a video of this machine. But for now, let me add my two cents. Rather lengthy but I think worth the read, since there are not really any lengthy or detailed reviews or instructions included. When I decided to try cavitation, I’d done hours and hours of research in trying to find the best machine for home use and one that was effective and cost efficient—I just didn’t want to break the bank. And I didn’t want to invest in something I wasn’t sure would yield results so I had a hard time deciding. Now, that being said, it’s worth every penny spent for it. When I first received it, I was a little intimidated because I honestly I couldn’t understand the instructions that came with it and I almost returned it. But I gathered my thoughts and took to Google and YouTube and found just what I needed to get started. Here’s the deal for those of you who purchased this cavitation machine and unsure of how it works: this is NOT a weight loss remedy, but rather a weight or fat loss supplement. If you’re at or near your desired weight but have areas of stubborn fat, this is what this machine is for. It has been trial and error for me, but I think it’s an individual choice as to how it’s used. My weight yo-yos a lot because I have a rather sedentary lifestyle—I’m a nail tech so I sit for several hours a day; however, if I can get on a regiment to lose weight I can walk to lose it but I have very stubborn areas of fat and cellulite that I just cannot tone or get rid of and this machine does the trick. I have also suffered a torn meniscus so activity such as walking is somewhat limited right now. I’m very near my desired weight; I just can’t get rid of this stubborn belly/back/thigh/arm fat…and this machine is perfect for it! I’ve weighed my options for elective surgery but I don’t want to go that route, either. Surgery is just not an option for me and I don’t feel it’s worth the pain. I have a life and things to do. LOL…Besides, this can be done in the privacy of your own home and a one-time charge for purchase. There are three different wands that go with this machine—one is the flat head for cavitation; the second is the four-prong head for the body and for toning and reducing cellulite and pain, and the third and smaller, three-prong head is for the face and neck area. I saw a review stating the machine must be broken because it didn’t sizzle—why would you want something like this so hot it sizzles??? It is used on the skin! Anywho… To use, turn on the switch on the back of the unit after connecting the heads. Once the machine is turned on, there’s a touchscreen with ENTER on it. Once you tap that, three options appear—Cavitation 40K, Tripolar RF, and Multipolar RF. Of any of the options you select, it takes you to a screen where you set your cavitation wand to three settings—the first option is Mode A, which is for beginners basically, Mode B is for those who are close to desired results but not quite there, Mode C is for those who are right at desired results but still need touching up and Mode D is basically for maintenance once you’ve received desired results. The second options is the timer—which you can either leave at 30 minutes or decrease the time but using the arrows—and then there’s the third one, which is for the intensity. Make sure you’re using plenty of either ultrasound gel or coconut oil because it does get warm when using it and keep that paddle moving and don’t stop in one place. Same for the RF heads. Tripolar RF is for the face and DO NOT go over maybe five or six in intensity because it gets HOT!!! The Multipolar RF is used on the body and the settings are the same but I usually will set it to Mode A, frequency at max or close to it because it is larger and covers larger areas of skin/body, and I use it for 30 minutes. I usually use it before cavitation because I feel it makes the fat cells break down better. Also, whichever mode you choose, expect a high pitch frequency…one that will surely make your teeth chatter!!! And make sure you drink plenty of water before, maybe even during, and definitely after because you will experience some quite unusual and unpleasant side effects from cavitation regardless. If you don’t hydrate enough you may experience body aches and some other weird symptoms like headaches and nausea so it’s important to drink water and avoid loads of caffeine. Your intake of water definitely helps decrease the symptoms and breaks down fat. Get up and move around for about an hour after, but whatever you do, STAY HYDRATED. You will excrete fat and you will definitely notice it in your urine and bowel movements. I don’t use compressions (although I probably should for my waist) but I will use them every once in a while on my arms. And remember: do not do more than one session of cavitation in 72 hours. After about four cavitations, I’ve lost four or five inches from my stomach and I’m seeing results on my arms and my thighs; the RF treatments have done well with my cellulite and have reduced the appearance greatly. I’m definitely slimmer and the skin on my face is much smoother and I’ve noticed an improvement and difference in pore size. I haven’t really noticed a decrease in wrinkles because, even at 50, I barely have any. In all, if you’re not dealing with diabetes or blood pressure problems, I would recommend this. I would 100% recommend this machine to anyone serious about reducing stubborn fat and smoothing out pockets and areas of cellulite without the high cost of surgery. This product is a good deal compared to the price it costs doing similar procedures are the salons. I initially found a Groupon for ultrasonic cavitation services and lost a few inches off my waist. I then researched this product because I can do the maintenance work out of the comfort of my own home. If you’re new to this, research it on YouTube so you can learn exactly how to use it. This won’t give you the same results as a liposuction or tummy tuck, it's a good boost to help you reach your body goals. Make sure you also exercise and drink lots of water. ... show more

Easy set up out of the box. You'll need to get conductive gel to use it properly. Please do your research on best ways to use this machine. It's not the most powerful, but for the convenience of at home use a little patience goes a long way. Shipped quickly!

This product works great! After continually paying hundreds of dollars for treatments at a spa I can do this myself for only $200. It works great so far I will continue using and update my review. Also, make sure you read the instructions!
