  • Great sprayer!
Pattern Name: Backpack Sprayer
I use this to spray herbicide to kill aquatic plants on my six acre lake. It’s perfect for this task. I can use it from my boat with one hand while I steer with my trolley motor with my other hand. The battery life is great! Haven’t came close to running it low yet. It sprays out about 20 feet. The pump keeps up with the pressure. Has a nice filter cup for the tank. So I can just use the lake water to refill from the boat. Prior to this pump I used a 15 gallon tank. It was too heavy and bulky. Wires and hoses everywhere. This pump is all self contained and simple. Much better for my use. ... show more

  • 20v Black and Decker sprayer.
Pattern Name: Backpack Sprayer
Sprayer is great. 1 20v battery is more than enough power to spray tanks of fluid. I own a ton of Black and Decker 20v items. So was super stoked to see their sprayer come out. I've used it for weed control and carpet enzyme pretreatment for carpet cleaning. Works great. I will never owe a self pumping sprayer again. Notes: Winter time. Make sure sprayer is in a place that won't freeze. ... show more

  • Excellent sprayer
Pattern Name: Backpack Sprayer
I got this for my wife (she asked for one). This one is easy to use (spraying) and easy to strap on to the back. She was concerned with the weight, so she only fills it with 3 gallons. It's amazing how long the battery lasts ...... it's never died even though she forgot to recharge it for a long time. We've never tested to see how long the battery life is. This is a reliable sprayer. ... show more

  • Quality issues?
Pattern Name: Backpack Sprayer
I bought 6 of these for my business. In my opinion they put out the perfect amount of pressure and volume for spot spraying herbicides where many electric backpacks are overpowered. Within a week the pump on one of them wouldn't shut off by itself, I'm assuming a pressure switch failed. Haven't been able to tear into it yet and find out. I took another one out of the box to replace it and the seal/vent on the lid was too tight causing the tank to collapse on itself while spraying. Just switched the lid with the first failed one. The third has had no issues as of yet, and the other three are still in the box. Time will tell. Battery life is excellent. ... show more

  • Lightweight And Sturdy
Pattern Name: Backpack Sprayer
I use a backpack sprayer often on 5 acres for weed killing, insecticides, fungicides, and house siding cleaners. My previous 2 sprayers over two decades included a heavy rechargeable battery and were heavy but I used them til they died; I was also younger. Since I have B&D 20V batteries for other yard tools I thought I'd try this sprayer and I am very glad I did. It is definitely rugged enough for my needs but considerably lighter than other sprayers I've had which is appreciated as I age. The standard 20V battery runs it as long as I want to use it, but the battery compartment is big enough to hold the larger 20V batteries too. The tank holds as much as I'd ever want to carry and a strainer fits into the opening. There's a built-in filter inside too to keep the pump from clogging which I've never had before. Can't say anything about longevity yet but my other 20V B&D tools have held up well to my use and abuse so I expect this sprayer will too. ... show more
