2.0 out of 5 stars | Very Disappointed
I would like to give this a five star as it looks very classy, was easy to put together and arrived earlier than expected. The disappointment lays in the fact that after using it for a weekend the seating has already sagged and it's only been a week, can't imagine what it will be like in a month! Very disappointed, will not be buying matching chairs and I do not recommend this product ☹️

3.0 out of 5 stars | I like it but I have concerns about durability
Easy to install. Took about 20 minutes. It looks good, but the plastic on it doesn't look like it's going to stand up to the elements for a long time. I might use the 303 aerospace protectant as that did wonders for the interiors and trim pieces in my cars. Frame also feels a bit flimsy.

5.0 out of 5 stars | Take care of it!
First off, I love this sofa. I will be honest (what’s the point of these reviews if you aren’t) I bought it for aesthetic reasons, and to occasionally sit on in the summer months. When ordering I just thought, well, it’s not a folding chair where my a$$ will get numb after an hour. My couch, like many things that are BUDGET FRIENDLY, is not out in the sun 24/7, year round. The old phrase is still true today: YOU PAY FOR QUALITY. A couch with this design but with special weather treatments and material to prevent fading, wear and tear, and a bit of sagging will run you $1,000+. We shoppers looking at THIS COUCH to buy should understand we are getting what we pay for. By all means, keep it out all year without a cover but don’t be surprised if it looks like crap at the end of the year. I’m sorry to be so blunt. It’s like that black t-shirt that you bought from mold navy for $10. If you wear it and wash it all the time, the black fades quickly, the fit loosens, sometimes the hems begin to fray. So you buy another one for $10. And another. And then after 5 years you have 20 washed out, ill-fitting black t-shirts that you now use for “pajamas” or “painting” but you think to yourself, do I really need SO MANY of these extra shirts JUST for those things? So they become rags. So finally about 5 years ago I just went for it and bought a $30 black t-shirt from a company I trust (wait for those sales)! I take very good care of it, and it still looks & feels great. Same goes for almost everything that you want TO LAST. The frame: So the way I’m using a sofa at this price point is on my covered front patio. It will get a bit of direct sunlight for a small portion of every sunny day, and rain *will* reach the frame and the cushions if it rains heavily for an extended period of time. This type of exposure, for the few months I have had it outdoors, has had ZERO effect on the *look* of the faux rattan. The faux rattan dries off quickly even if you accidentally spill a whole cup of iced coffee on it (more on that under “cushions”). I wiped it with a Lysol wipe and there was no visible damaging reaction (I’m waiting for the ants but maybe my coffee wasn’t the blend they prefer). As for holding up to weight, I should say I am a 300+ lady with a very active 70Lb dog who jumps up and down every 5 minutes or so. If I have 3 people sitting on it at the same time the other 2 folks are “normal sized,” lol who probably add up to another 300-ish lbs between them - we are all comfortable. If you remove the cushions, you will see slight sagging in the seat area from regular use over a few months (I sit on one end every morning with the pup), and if you turn the couch upside down, you can see a few bends in the steel, but no one (not even me at my weight) can feel any uncomfortable “couch bars.” Nor do the bends underneath (that only I know about) make the couch feel unstable. So, maybe that weight-to-use-ratio will help you in your decision. Now for the cushions & covers. One of my pet peeves are cushions that slide around. Does this happen to average weight people? Is it just my butt? I mean, do wiggle a lot…. I digress. By looking at how tightly these cushions fit together in the photos I didn’t think would have too much of an issue with them sliding around, but I think I read a review where sliding around was mentioned. When I first put this couch together (not the easiest but not the most difficult-just sort of heavy and bulky) the cushions didn’t move much - but a little was enough for me (like I said, pet peeve). My solution (picture attached) was to tie a bit of thick grosgrain ribbon from up & underneath the couch frame to create a loop in the rattan. Then I sewed on more ribbon to the back of each cushion cover to slide it through and tie it to the loop. This works very well, you just have to commit to not being able to flip the cushions. Small price to pay for me. Inevitably, if you own a dog that you allow on a couch, you will have to wash the cushion covers (that’s why I needed these to be removable). Well, after trying to patiently spot clean from his dirty paws, the great coffee spill of 2021 occurred. It absorbed really quickly into the fabric and there was nothing for it but to throw these in the washing machine… and it was only then I read the tag: No washing (picture attached). Whelp, I said, even if this removes some fancy weather treatment coating, I’ll do them on delicate, cold, with a dollop of gain and a dash of OxiClean. I’m a rogue, wild, rule breaker, I know (I also figured I could spray them myself with some scotch guard type stuff, another good thing to pre-treat and preserve cheaper items before use). These machine settings worked very well removing coffee but if I look closely some of the lighter dirty-paw stains didn’t disappear completely. I’ll live. It’s the price you pay for a light couch and a dog. I have also attached a picture of the inner cushions. They look this way after a week of heavy rain in the northeast. No mold, no smell. People were saying their cushions were destroyed??? What the h*ll were they going to them? My foam is in perfect shape. Even with regular use over a few months (which I think is supposed to be the yearly amount of use for this couch) they are still comfortable. Not the plushest, but for sure not the thinnest (if my big butt is comfortable on them I think that’s saying something). So right after washing, still slightly damp, I put the covers on the cushions. Easy peasy, except for the zipper (picture posted). As another reviewer stated, the zipper slid RIGHT OFF after washing. My solution for the other 5 cushion covers: just slowly and carefully zip and leave an inch or so at the end to prevent the zip from just zipping right off lol. Going to have my mom replace the broken zipper. So after washing I tied my little cushion ribbons back on to the frame loops and it’s nice to look at and sit on again. The throw pillows: I love that it came with 4, but that’s like A LOT to have to keep looking nice and putting into place (esp with my couch in the front of the house). So I re-purposed those to go with my plastic Adirondack chairs in my tiny backyard (another picture). Those are fairing well too, without any cover but under partial tree-shade. Haven’t washed those yet, but I will still be gentle with wash cycle & zippers. I will likely keep this sofa out through fall, when my iced coffee changes to hot apple cider, and I’ll bring it into the garage with the first snow (I get A LOT of snow here). Hope this helps someone who likes modern looking furniture and is willing to take the correct steps to protect budget-friendly purchases like this :)

5.0 out of 5 stars | Sharp stylish outdoor couch
I give this couch 5 stars for holding up well under continual use as a bed for the last 2 months. Although the seating area's plastic faux wicker is starting to sag, the metal frame underneath is still rigid and unbent. I'm a bigger gent so the couch is doing what it needs to so far. I may have to put a piece of custom cut plywood under the cushions if the 'wicker' continues to stretch out. That's okay because the cushions are thin and you can feel the steel frame through them. Again not really ultimately the fault of the couch &/or manufacturer I suppose. One other note: I had to remove the back cushions as the seating area is not deep enough when used as a bed. I kept waking up thinking I might flop onto the floor! lol If you are simply going to use this for it's intended purpose as an out-of-doors seating I see no reason why it wouldn't last for many years. Might be best if placed in a dryer covered area such as under a covered porch, as the steel frame may begin to rust from exposure to rain and the elements. As well the plastic faux wicker would probably start to deteriorate if left in direct sunlight for months/years on end. It is an elegant classy modern design overall. Good color scheme. They grey couch and white cushions are very sharp looking! Makes any space look extremely elegant. I am very happy I went with this couch.

1.0 out of 5 stars | Much Money Wasted!!
I agree with other reviewers who mentioned the poor quality. Obviously, the company is trying save money in shipping costs by packaging a product in pieces that must be assembled by the consumer. To do this you have the main body of the sofa held together by 16 small bolts and nuts that essential bear the whole weight of three people. As I'm sure they reasonably assumed problems arising from the nature of the construction, they made note in their instructions to be sure to check all bolts and nuts every 90 days to ensure they are still secure! Also, following their own assembly instructions one of the securing nuts pulled through their thin aluminum frame and the nut is now caught inside the fame and cannot be tightened or even removed without cutting off the bolt and running to the hardware store for replacement parts and extra washers. Finally, be forewarned that the pillows they describe as "ivory" (with the gray wicker) and even appear to be in the photos are really a pale yellow, almost lemon color and look horrible with the gray. We even paid more for this model because we wanted the ivory-colored cushions. Let's just say...Best Choice Products is NOT your best choice out there. Much money wasted!

5.0 out of 5 stars | NICE!
JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR. FITS 3 ADULTS AND 2 DOGS :) WISH THE CUSHIONS COULD BE ALOT MORE CUSHIONY. IT'S A BIT HARD, HOPEFULLY OVER TIME IT'LL GET SOFTER. AND I HAD TO MODIFY THE BACKING FROM IT FALLING FORWARD INTO THE SEATS WITH HOT GUN GLUE AND VELCRO. THE SMALL PILLOWS ARE LOVELY.
