This is, by far, better than the $3,000 mattress we bought and returned! My husband and I have been sleeping in comfort for 2 months now on this BedStory Hybrid mattress. I purposely waited to write a review in order to give an informed opinion instead of an opinion based on just a few nights sleep. We are very impressed with the side support. We do not feel as if we’re about to roll off the bed! (Before I continue, I need to let you know that neither of us are lightweights, LOL.) The individually wrapped coils really do provide minimal motion transfer. Speaking of that, my husband sleeps so comfortably well, he no longer gets up 4-5 times a night! As for me, I don’t have the aches and pains like I used to because this mattress with its memory foam and coils eliminates the pressure on my “old” body. I guess you have surmised by now that we are big fans of our BedStory mattress. It’s a top quality, beautiful mattress. We are so glad we decided on this purchase! PS: We followed the directions and let the mattress breathe for the full expansion time of 72 hours before sleeping on it. It was easy to move onto the bed with the handles, a feature that the aforementioned $3,000 mattress did not have.

If you are considering this mattress, please buy it! I have back problems and need something firm, and this has exceeded my expectations! The only suggestion I have is if you are purchasing this for a platform bed frame, it may be too thick. It is probably more suitable for a larger, traditional style bed frame.

Deliver was quick. The mattress was as described in the aid. We liked the handhold on the sides of the mattress, this made it easy to put on the bed frame. The mattress is soft and sleeps well.

I needed a new mattress and thought why not buy one from a brand I've never heard of based on the reviews of people I don't know... and am VERY I happy I did. It was delivered 2 days earlier than the expected delivery date and unpackaging/ set up was a breeze. The mattress was in perfect condition and there was no smell as some others have stated... I slept on it for the first time last night and had THE BEST sleep I've had in a very long time... I am very happy with this purchase.
