The lights are bright and I’ve had no major issues. It was an easy install and the cables were a decent length (6ft). Make sure to buy the company’s extension if you’ll need more length. Seeing as I got the Bluetooth version, I’m dissapinted with the app. I never have connection problems, but the app’s functionality is extremely basic and unnecessarily outdated. If these were just the normal lights than it would be 5 stars. I got these lights with the intention of making them different colors at the same time. 1 pack of 4 lights can only be one color at a time so I bought 3 packs (12 lights) and planned on making every 4 a different color. With the remotes, that is possible. Problem is, when you have all the nodes cable managed in one area, it’s too frustrating to pin point the 4 lights you want to change with the remote. And it’s actually not possible with the app. You can only change ALL lights with the app, not just one “set” of lights. The app does have “smart” options like fading in between colors. I got used to keeping it on a “3 color fade gradient” if I don’t feel like picking a single color. You also can’t save a certain color once you’ve found one you liked. For example, when messing with the rgb dials to make purple, you can’t save purple, you have to “make” purple every time. That’s a bit ridiculous. All in all, if you’re like me and planned on getting multiple sets to have them be different colors like a dude on YouTube advertised, it’s not practical. The lights don’t have memory so once you shut them off (yes, even with the app, as another reviewer incorrectly reassured) the lights reset. Either accept that they all have to be 1 color (using the app) or separate the Bluetooth nodes far enough where you can use the remotes comfortably without activating another node. I would personally find it a chore to always use the remote to hand pick each set’s color every time. I actually love these lights and there’s absolutely nothing out there that compares to the price and functionality. Much easier and cheaper than using expensive/short smart LED strips and perfect for Ikea kallax units. The app is just handy enough to get the job done, albeit needing some TLC. Definitely worth the extra $5 (at the time of this review) to get the Bluetooth version. P.s. some small 3M cable clips go a long way with providing some neat cable management. ... show more

Good under-cabinet lighting at a decent price. I used these puck lights in a rental property to replace my super-hot halogen lights that were constantly burning out. These LED lights don't get hot, just slightly warm. As noted in the description, the white color output is more of a cool bluish white, not warm white which was okay with me. After turning them off and back on they will resume the same color or lightshow as before. All pucks utilize the same color and cannot be controlled individually. I would consider the light output as more of a glow than "bright", albeit some colors appear to be brighter than others. My only complaints are: 1) The velcro tape wouldn't stay adhered under the cabinets so some of the pucks kept coming lose and dangling by the cord so I had to resort to using the included screws. Fine, but to install the screws you have to unscrew the white shade to expose the screw holes in the body of the puck lights. And holy hell, unscrewing the shades are next to impossible. I had to pry them off with a flat screwdriver and hope I didn't ruin the latch. Getting them back on was just as difficult. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? 2) The lights are a little dim and as I mentioned earlier the output is more of a glow than bright task lighting. Fine, but the lightshow strobe/flashing lighting options aren't programmable. So they cycle through their own set colors that no one is really going to use. IMO, the only usable lightshow feature is "fade" where it softly transitions between all the colors. The power cord length was long enough to reach an outlet under the sink and the cords to each puck was just long enough to accomplish the look I was going for. *I've uploaded pics from my home (white cabinets) where I did a practice setup and then the final installation at the rental property (black cabinets). These were a better option than what was being sold at my local home improvement store at the time so I don't regret my purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. These are not very bright on the white light setting and they look more blue than white. I find myself putting it on the yellow setting in order to get rid of the blue color. Easy to install but disappointed in light output. You can really see the blue as plates in this video are white ... show more

I only had these set up for 2 days, so I don't know lifespan, yet.. That being said, so far they are exactly as advertised. Brightness is 7 of 10. 10 levels of brightness to adjust to. Installation was easy with adhesive Velcro, clips, and zip tie like pieces. Only complaint is the outside casing would be better if it stuck out further than the lights to help make them a bit more indirect. And the Velcro is strong, I fear trying to pull the Velcro apart while it's stuck to the LED, I feels like I may break the light trying. I would suggest to separate the Velcro a few times to loosen it up before sticking it to the light. But other than that, I am very happy with price and quality, does exactly what I want. UPDATE: Week later, hardly warm to the touch on all 4 and not flickering. Still good so far... ... show more

My wife and I bought these in Oct 2018. Installed super easily under our kitchen cabinets and have used them everyday for four years. I’ve never had to readjust the adhesion or anything. We’re also super lazy, the remote is there but we don’t bother. We’ve had them on pretty much at all times during those four years. Don’t know the last time they were turned off. Awesome lights.
