The monitor is super easy to set up, just plug in and go, the video quality is really good, you can zoom in if needed. You can also move the camera with the monitor to view the whole room. I have two of these monitors and cameras, I had an issue with one monitor and customer support was able to send me a new one after we ran through the issue. Love the monitor and camera. Great quality and clear picture. Until you have it for just a few months and it breaks. First one randomly stopped working but luckily was within warranty and we sent it back and got another one. Second one just broke after having it once again for a few months, starting to see a trend :( EDIT TO ADD- customer service is fabulous and sent me another replacement camera and monitor. This monitor has everything you could want, temp and sound alarms, supports 4 cameras and you can split screen them all at once if you like or choose to cycle through 1 at a time. Somehow picks up the sound of children easily and at the same time doesn't transmit background sounds, tv, music etc which is very nice! First monitor stopped working mysteriously after about 6 months but manufacturer sent a replacement quickly at no cost! Friendly support staff! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. When we first bought this monitor we absolutely loved it. The quality and reliability was unmatched. We loved that this monitor doesn’t require WiFi. This monitor use to give us peace of mind while sleeping in separate rooms from our little one. However now a couple months down the road and we have experienced a couple issues. The first issue being the noise alert not working. We have actually done two factory resets to get the noise alert back up and running. After the reset it seemed like it worked however a couple days later it stopped working again. The second issue is the receiving monitor will not hold a charge, even if plugged in 100% of the time! The last 3 nights I have woken up to my LO screaming from across the house and each time I check the monitor the screen is black and turned off (mind you this is still plugged in for charging). I turn it back on and it shows that it is being charged however it flashes the red low battery. No matter how long I have this thing charging it is just constantly dead and unfortunately now is no longer reliable. I am bummed because this really was such an amazing monitor but now we are well past the 30 day window to return. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I didn't expect this baby monitor would come with camera and audio of this quality, when I opened the package, I was amazed by it! The packaging box is very delicate with plastic film. The baby cam is very cute. It is wearing a blue elk silicone head cover. In the packing box, there is another one is yellow rabbit silicone head cover. I like this kind of appearance design very much. When I use this baby monitor, I'm really happy because it doesn't have complex operations, plug and play, and the screen menu is simple and clear, and I'll soon be familiar with the product. It has good image quality, it can also set automatic night vision mode. The camera will automatically change from daylight mode to night vision mode according to the change of light. I feel most happy that there will be no problem with screen display and sound delay. I can see the situation of my baby in real time and can also talk to my baby in real time. In this process, the monitor's pick-up is not a problem, it is very sensitive and accurate. What's more, the monitor has a long charging line and a good quality of charging port.
