This is a great safe on the first day. The only reason I gave it four stars is that I could not find the set button to push to set up the combination and fingerprint. I had loaded the batteries as instructed and the put them in the holder and placed the cover over them. Then the instruction said to push the button and showed a finger reaching just inside at the top of the safe frame. Could not find it. Sent an email, and before I got an answer, I questioned, could it be behind the batteries. It was, and everything fell in line. If they would have instructed push the button located behind the batteries, it would have saved a lot of agony. I had thought I had a different model than for the instructions I had and maybe I needed to do some kind of sequence with the four buttons. Not so. Oh well! I recommend this safe. Plenty of room for two handguns or jewelry. Opens reliably with fingerprint or combination. Comes with 2 heavy duty keys. After using it for a few days, it is working as advertised especially the fingerprint release! I fit my 9mm with holster, 38 revolver with holster and 1 speedloader/loaded. Sturdy safe. Fits on my nightstand with a lamp, radio and iphone/watch charger. ... show more

    • Non Gun owner but I like this product!
Not sure what a gun owner would look for in this product so take my review with a grain of salt. The look and feel of the product is great. Finger scanner works excellent and I like the blue light inside. Will eventually own a pistol but for right now it is serving its purpose as a great safe.

I'm a sig guy and my last Nightstand safe cost 4-5x what this cost and honestly it isn't as good. Really impressed with the quality and value of this safe. If your trying to secure the family jewels I recommend another safe but to keep your every day carry out of your kids hands and easy to get out this is the perfedt solution. ... show more

Safe works flawlessly. Biometric is easy to setup and works every time. I like that there is a keypad and a hard-key backup to ensure I’ll never be locked out. Pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the safe make it very easy to secure.

The safe arrived, it look good bower…….no keys to open it. Contacted customer service who only responds once every 24 hrs. They have promised to expedite me the keys to open the safe , let’s see how long this takes. Update to follow 9-18 -23 update: keys should be here in 7-10 days Maybe a return and replacement would have been quicker? 9-26-23 a set of keys arrived, they opened the safe and guess what was locked inside ….. the original keys🤷♂️ ... show more

Very easy quick access. Biometrics work great. Open everytime finger doesn't have to be in the same position meaning a little roll is ok still reads.Holds a 9mm glock and a and 2 clips with room to spare. The code and fingerprint works well and was easy to program. Interior is well thought out including lighting when opened and is well padded for protection. ... show more

Arrived right on time, easy set up and very easy to use and also very secure. Needed to contact customer service and they responded within a couple of hours on a weekend also. I highly recommend this. Customer service far exceeds expectations.
