I love this harness. It is just plug and play. Once you get a light bar and have it installed on your car, all you need is this wiring harness and tuck it in your car and plug it to the bar. It has the connectors so you can just put it in your battery terminals. The light on the bottom of the switch stays on while the top, which is the light bar icon, is off. Once you switch up the light bar icon turns on. Everything what you need is in the harness, including a fuse. The harness comes pretty long just in case you actually need wiring that long, but you can either cut it or just wrap it pretty good and zip tie it. The only thing you need to look for, is to make sure that your car has a spot for a switch like this, or you will need to make a hole for it. Used this wire harness on my motorcycle. This is displayed as for suv/trucks but I don’t see where it would be long enough. From the center of my motorcycle the harness made it to the handlebars. That’s maybe 3’. If you use this on a veh you would need wire to connect it to the lights because it would be short. For what I needed it worked great. It was easy to install but the only issue I see is that the light on the switch stays on when it’s off. That can drain your battery. I am looking at the wiring to see if I can disconnect something to eliminate the light when off. ... show more

Good price. Light bar looks like quality bar. I ordered bull bar with brackets already installed so install of light bar was relatively easy. Wiring harness was a easy install after I realized the switch just needed to be pushed into opening in dash from the front instead of back. Winter is coming so we will see how durable and waterproof it is. Puts out a good light. I gave it four instead of five stars because the instruction could have been a little more detailed. This kit is pretty good quality. I didnt like that the switch did not have connection for Dash Illumination. This meant that because I wanted power to the Aux Lights while the car was off that my switch would be illuminated 100% of the time. Other than that issue, the quality is pretty good.
