  • So Much Fun!
Color: Original
This dartboard required patience to receive and assemble. The first one I received appeared to be a return. The box had one strap around it and the rest was patched together with a lot of tape. Inside, the components were piled into the box and were scratched and chipped. I ordered a replacement, but UPS didn't even bother to deliver that one. Apparently, the box was sufficiently damaged that they returned it to sender. Luckily, the third time was the charm. The box had a couple of holes in it, but all in all it was okay, secured by 2 straps, and did not appear to be a return. We had one problem with the very top piece of the cabinet. The instructions said to screw 4 screws into the factory installed inserts, but two of the inserts were crooked. One was so bad that it split the wood as we were tightening the screw. However, we were able to glue and clamp the crack, and then maneuvered the screw and insert a bit to secure it. Since it's the top piece and not weight bearing, it seems to be fine and doesn't impact the integrity of the cabinet. As for the rest of the cabinet, I expected it to be a bit light and wobbly based on many of the reviews. This is not the case at all. It is very stable. The shelves screw into the sides and back (rather than being adjustable and just laying on pins), which adds to the cabinet's stability. We have it sitting on low-pile carpeting, and it's sturdy and secure WITHOUT securing it to the wall. Since the bottom sticks out a bit from the wall due to the baseboard, we attached 2 Everbilt door stops (see pic) to the top of the cabinet. These rest against the wall, serving as bumpers to keep the cabinet resting solidly against the wall, and also serving as spacers to hold the top part of the cabinet away from the wall the same distance as the bottom of the cabinet. One other tip. There will inevitably be some scuffs and scratches on the boards because the pieces are not individually wrapped. However, these are very easy to touch up with a Minwax stain marker in ebony. It takes only a few minutes to touch up the scuffs and looks great. (A Sharpie works but isn't as good of a color match. The ebony Minwax matches really well.) If you are considering this dartboard, don't be dissuaded by the negative reviews. Just understand that it will require patience to assemble. Once that's done, it's well worth the effort. ... show more

  • Packaging needs improvement. Most reviews cover this. Box was trashed. Broken pieces
Color: Tournament Master
Very cheap pressboard. Worse than most, packaging was bad and too heavy for it. Damaged upon arrival, non visible pieces that had to be fixed and wood glued/nail fixed and reattached. Upper half is ok for a wall mount. Bottom half is junk. Typical cheesy board that can be replaced in cabinet if it ever went bad. I could have returned it but didn’t. Most reviews show damage during shipping. Fixing was easier than a return after opening. To heavy to ship and expect no damage because of cheap package. Team lift necessary and delivery company (UPS) only sends 1 person = damage. ... show more

  • Very fun, great value dartboard w/cabinet
Color: Original
Bought this cabinet and board for Christmas 2022. Setup was easy. Me and my daughter had it up and playing in about an hour. It did feel very wobbly until we got the final piece, the back cover, on. It sturdied it up significantly. It is in our basement on carpet so it did feel a bit top heavy, used the provided wall attachment and it is very secure now. We did add a tap light to the top area to light the playing area up, works and looks great. I would recommend this unit, family has loved playing it. ... show more

  • Poor craftsmanship, but it’s cheap and works.
Color: Original
Let’s start with…I wasn’t expecting a lot. If you want a stand-up electronic dart board, you probably won’t find anything cheaper that works. The whole thing looks really nice. The board itself has all the games you’d expect and works well. The cabinet looks more professional than it is (foreshadowing). Assembly started well! And then you start getting to steps with predrilled holes. It’s like none of them line up. And even when they do, they’re in the wrong spot. Fortunately, you can make your own holes without a drill, because the wood is cheap. But this means you need some thinking to get the door to actually close and stay closed. I had to move a couple hinges and the magnet to spots slightly off from the predrilled holes. I took one point off for the painful assembly. The dart board itself is probably good quality. But the darts that come with it are terrible. After one game of cricket with my son, half the darts broke in various ways. Whether it was the tip, the shaft, or the flight, it was terrible. So I took another point off for this. Would I buy it again, probably. But I’d be more happy to know that assembly would suck and I’d need some improvisation, and that I should just order my own darts. Either way, I expect people will still have fun at my house and it is a lot cheaper than most true cabinets. ... show more
