this is awesome when we first set it up. After about three or four uses there’s a hole in it somewhere and we can’t seem to find it. We tried to patch kit on the one small hole that we could find and it’s not working so well. I had to air it up every couple days. It is awesome though once it gets hot and the waters of bubbling. Easy install and setup however the tub has been leaking since day one. The website listed in their paperwork is not a valid site. The customer service phone number links to a different business (they haven't been part of the company for about 10 years) but the hot tub company will not update their manuals/numbers etc. Was told by the old company that they get calls every week for this type of product....they all fail <6 months (structurally and/or the heaters die) Avoid this product. ... show more

So far so awesome! This one does not come with a pressure gauge so just make sure you dont over inflate. That is generally the issue when it wont hold air so looks like they would have saved themselves some bad reviews if they had added one. The bubbles come out on just the edges if that helps you when deciding on a pad to sit on. Ours is on brick and i got foam gym indoor padding from home depot. 2ft pads for like $18 a pack. 3 packs gave us a double layer and it is super soft and comfy! Sont pay all this then skimp on bottom comfort it is worth it! The bubbles while not a jet do actually go enough to vibrate the skin so it is relaxing and probably stimulating to your lymph system. Left this full of water for 12 hours to heat. In the morning, water was NOT hot, there was a leak on the side, and the entire tub collapsed to the side. And Customer Service Number is 'out of the country' number. What a waste of time, energy and money. Very Disappointed. Now have to repackage this huge thing to return it :( ... show more
