abunda_amazon_reviews I love the size of these. They are firm and not too large. I have owned a pair and use them 3-4 times a week for at least a 1/4 of a mile as part of my work out in the pool. They seem to be in as good of shape now as two years ago when I bought them. There are bigger paddles out there, but most people don't have the proper technique or muscles to use them, and some of those paddles are big and sloppy. These hand paddles are easy to adjust and then you don't have to fuss with them. I have had people in the pool ask me where I got mine (I think they like the size of them). I bought a pair for my brother, although he swims regularly, I'm not certain he uses them. They do help build your arm muscles. Most comfortable paddle out there (fingers NEVER go numb)
They literally train your hand in the proper position and don’t slip in unnatural and painful ways mid-stroke like the flat generic paddles. Had my first pair for 6 years. Swim 2-5 times a week. For a mile at a times. Replaced the hand and finger straps twice (with tubing) before the rubber on the top of the paddle actually started to fall off... I technically still can use the old ones but decided it’s time to get some new ones after a couple thousand miles?
