Size: Narrow
The dimensions are incorrect & misleading. This bin is narrower at the bottom than the opening at the top . It is only 3.75 high and 3.25 wide at bottom and 4.24 at very top edge and has a 14.69 length footprint but due to indentations is really 13.75 long but only 12.0 useable interior length. I had wanted to use it to store my stamp pads on edge but they do not fit at all. Nice and strong though. I'll find something else to use them for. ... show more

    • Avoid the dishwasher!
I liked the idea of these but made the fatal mistake of putting them in my dishwasher. Bad idea. They melted and twisted. Yikes. Honestly the directions might have warned against it but nevertheless I have unusable plastic bins now.

I used 6 of these to help organize the fridge because I buy a lot of produce every week and it never fit in the one crisper available. The bins helped clear out the other crisper for produce. These make it easier for everyone to find what they need, and because they reach all the way to the back of the fridge, nothing gets lost back there and forgotten. Highly recommend. I took a chance and ordered the large bins, even though the sizing information was confusing. The actual dimensions are 8.5W x 12.5D x 3.5H which are are pretty close to what the "Product Information" says. I can put three bins on my meat shelf side-by-side so my pork chops no longer jump out every time I open the freezer. ... show more

Usually, I like the Amazon Basic brand, but this time they missed the mark. Upon opening the package, I noticed the handhold/handle would bend when held up in a horizontal position, imagine what it did when I put jars or cans in it. Not good. These storage bins are horrible. I'm going back to M Design bins. Yes, they are more expensive, but they are a superior product. Now I have an organizing bin for something light.. like yarn. Thanks, Amazon. ... show more

These bins are perfect on the cupboard shelves. Loaded up with a variety of foods makes it so much easier to find what you want quickly. I only wanted 2 for 2 shelves. I ended up buying 8 for all the shelves. My only regret was waiting so long to get them. Another plus is I waste less food because it’s so easy to see exactly what’s hiding in back of the cupboard. I'm using these plastic storage bins, not in the fridge, but in my clothes closet. They help organize washcloths, hand towels, and rags. Nothing fussy - just useful tools.
