The media could not be loaded. Love our patio furniture! I put it together by myself. It took me a few hours. The tools it comes with are great. The only thing is the cushions slide all over the place when in use but I’ve read a lot of reviews that say to use Velcro strips so I’m going to give that a shot. I love that you can store the cushions away. I put them away when not in use to avoid dog hair all over them. I left them out a couple of times and dog hair clings to them, but I have a pet vacuum thing and that did the trick getting the hair off. Highly recommend! Great for the price! Many ways to arrange the furniture.

Arrived as stated in 3 boxes, each box has a label with product number ending in A, B, C. It’s possible all boxes arrive over a couple of days and not at the same time, despite only a single tracking. The items were well packed, organized and in perfect shape. All the items were labeled with small stickers and the assembling, while time consuming due to all the parts was a total breeze. The ratchet allen wrench was a great inclusion and time saver. The product is sturdy and well constructed, looks great in the yard. The only thing to note was the gray was cooler in tone than expected, the photos are actually accurate, I did expect a warmer gray. The customer service for the shipping info and support was awesome, responsive and friendly. Five stars!

Our sectional arrived in 3 very well packed boxes. I too experienced several pieces of plastic wicker falling on the floor as I was putting it together. I'm hoping it holds up, if not I will do an update. While it does sit a smidge low, it's not low enough to be uncomfortable. Cushions are very nice and I can see them lasting. Love the storage compartments. We live in the South so now and then hurricanes are an issue so cushions can be stored away. I'm guessing the 2 Black covers go over top of the cushions when stored to help keep them dry. We are very satisfied and looking forward to using this all the time on my screened in porch!!!

Easy to install and perfect size for us! We were impressed with the comfort and the build quality of these! The cushions could have been a little thicker buttt they work and honestly can’t beat the price! I’d say perfect for shorter people as we are 5’7 and shorter lol but we love the !

I’m not one to generally leave a negative review but wanted to share my experience with this furniture set. While the appearance is nice, the positives end there. The assembly took over three hours with two people. The plastic wicker material had begun breaking and shedding as soon as it was out of the box, the cushions are not comfortable and lack any way to be secured to the backing. Finally, my biggest grievance, is that this set comes with storage areas for the cushions. These two areas come with cheap covers that you have to slide on after each use. To my surprise, after a light rainfall, all of the cushions were completely soaked despite being covered in the storage areas. The cushion storage was one of the main reasons we purchased but clearly we were mislead.

I have 5 boys so I did a lot of research because I didn’t want to end up with something short and cheap that wouldn’t last. This set is amazing. It’s very sturdy and will hold up to their rough housing and dogs. It was easy to assemble. It took me about an hour with 2 people and a drill. Best tool set sent with a set though, gotta give them that. The cushions are light but sturdy, I’ll probably Velcro them to the base since we have a lot of activity and they’ll definitely need scotch guard for stains/ sun exposure but they are still nice! Would buy again and I love the corner storage arm piece. It’s a game changes. My husband is 6 foot and fits comfortably 😊
