I love it! There are several things to note. 1. PSAP devices with hearing tests are the ones to go with. This enables an audio adjusting of the device to offset your hearing loss. 2. This device sounds great as a hearing assisting device AND as a Bluetooth audio device! Phone calls are clear and they're is ZERO latency issues! 3. There are devices that are louder, there are devices with better apps, but there is always a tradeoff! The biggest one is workmanship! So far this device is durable and solid! Built well and sounds awesome! I'm excited to see the limitless possibilities! This device has potential! 4. I don't like the look of hearing aids. This device functions like a hearing aid with the look of upscale earbuds! Definitely makes me feel more confident being out alone without having to huh people to death! You can hear everything the first time without repeating. 5. The most important is price point! This device may look pricey, but the benefits will definitely make it seem like a non issue! For someone that has a pro le. with hearing it is priceless to be able to be confident and great what is being said. You'll only understand if you can't hear how impedance it is! Rest assured this is money well spent, but I cannot stress enough to pay the extra for insurance! That way should anything happen you're protected! I'm so glad i ran into this product! 6. Proper fitting! The different size ear tips may seem like a no brainer, but you'll be surprised at the difference. I suggest to start off with the smallest tips and with your way up. Once you have the seal the product works much much better! With them off the noise canceling is evident! That's is no echo or feedback with the right fit! 7. You can't go wrong! So far (the last 3 days) i haven't had any worries! The charging car keeps them ready for me to use quickly. I only use them when I'm around people. Any other time they are in the case.     • Don't Bother ..
They have sent me one replacement and now it's doing the same exact thing the first set did. Each bud will turn on but the left one stops communicating with the right and stops communicating with the app. Sending these back right behind the 1st set. Guess I'm gonna spend a little more money and get something that's more soundly built. Other than the 24 hour fail rate, the sound is great and the fitment was good. I did put my own tips on the buds because the cheap silicone ones caused a tremendous amount of feedback. If you can get your pair to work longer than 24 hours, you're a better man than me! ... show more

    • Worked great for awhile
I was very happy with these hearing aids. They malfunctioned at a little over 90 days of use. If they would function for 2 or 3 years, I would have been happy. Failure was feedback noise while charging in the case.

These are set of hearing amplifiers I have purchased from Amazon. I'm grateful I have Prime so I can return them easily. These probably will work for people in an environment like a home where they can't hear the TV and if they turn it up it bothers everybody. I have tried them in my two favorite hangouts and I can hear people at the bar better than I can hear the person sitting across or next to me at a table. I've done the fitting adjustment thing several times with no improvement. Another thing though is that I've had this little buzz in my truck and I couldn't tell where was coming from... I could totally hear it underneath in the middle making diagnosis easier. I think it's a heat shield. The phone connectivity is nice and it's good and clear. Definitely a plus. Overall I think they should work very good for somebody that needs to hear a little better in medium to quiet environments. I really liked the charging dock. Very convenient and the info screen is cool. I did like these for listening to audio books. I now have $3000 Beltone prescription aids. They do not connect as well as these MaiHear units. They also need a $350 lapel mic to use my phone. MaiHear units don't and as I previously said, the phone connectivity is outstanding. ... show more

    • Hearing aid capability in earbuds for Android!
I frequently had to ask my wife to repeat herself and it was difficult to participate in normal conversations, so I started to pay attention to hearing aid options. I knew I wanted something with rechargeable batteries and compatibility with my Android phone. I found the Maihear earbuds on Amazon and it checked all the boxes for me. I am very happy with them. They were useful right out of the box and after doing the self-administered hearing test and uploading my hearing loss profile to the earbuds, the sound quality is even better. I use them everyday while watching TV with my wife, and I can now enjoy conversation again! I even bought a pair of ear clips in case I want to use them in outdoor activities. The only minor nuisance is that even though the Maihear app I downloaded includes the "pairing" feature, it only works for me if I make sure to "pair" the earbuds to my Android phone first. That said, I wholeheartedly recommend these earbuds for anyone in a similar circumstance. ... show more

1st what I like is the Maihear hearing aid looks good and can be used with cell phone for music, phone calls and serves as a hearing aid. 2nd didn't like it was labeled "DAMAGE" when I received it and called Amazon customer service only to be told that they would not replace it and I had to order another one at a higher price ($50) more. I have been a loyal Prime member for many years and never had anything like this happen before. Why send out a product clearly marked "Do not Sale" that does not work and not exchange it since it for another for the same price??? Totally disappointed with the responses from Amazon Customer Service department. I have referred many to Amazon Prime and bragged about the Excellent service, but with this issue disappointed 👎👎 ... show more
