Missing tow rope stews for foot straps missing. Foot straps are real cheaply made really like the looks of the board ordered so I could use it on my lake vacation but can’t now since the rope has to be used because of the the it’s designed tried to call the zup comp phone before I purchased because I wanted a certain size a weight because I already have one I bought at a boat shop but it so big and heavy and takes up to much room on my boat liked the idea of the zup so I didn’t have to take so many toys.     • Broke during first use.
We were really excited to use this board but during the first use both foot straps complete fell out and all the screws. This item was clearly defective. The rider was a petite 14 year old girl so it made no sense to have it fall apart like that. Not super thrilled with Zup's customer service either in trying to return this item. With how expensive this board I was I really expected better. We will not be buying Zup products in the future. ... show more

We love the versatility of Zup boards! Our kids love riding the board and it really lends to all user levels and my son is excited to try out the optional fin kit. Only negative I would say is the weight, it is a solid and strong board for sure but dang it's a beast to pull out of the water and you really need to be careful if you toss it out with swimmers in the water. ... show more
