I bought this backpack for a trip and couldn’t be happier! It’s now my everyday purse and I find it so incredibly useful and roomy. This is my first backpack purse, and I don’t think I can ever go back to a regular purse after this! I love all the pockets. I love how much room the main area has. And contrary to what others have said I do not find the main opening too narrow at all. However I’m not using this as a school bag nor trying to shove a computer in there so keep that in mind. Anyway I’ve had this for several weeks now, including my trip to the southwest, and it still looks brand new. Only had this for a few days and I love it. Using it as a purse for me but also large enough to bring a few things for my 2 1/2 year old when we go out together. This is why I got it to get rid of that bulky diaper bag plus my purse. Only thing I would say is that the opening for the larger pocket is not very large. Let me start by saying that I rated this 4 star because they don’t do 1/2. The smell of the purse gets to me. I guess I can air it out. This purse is very convenient for me since I have to walk from my car to the office all while carrying my lunch bag. I love how roomy it is and has so many pockets. I purchased this a couple months ago and I'm still loving it. I use this bag everyday and carry my iPad and a bunch of other stuff in it and have had zero durability issues with it. I originally saw this bag on a boutique ticktock shop and knew I had to have it. I did a little searching and found it on Amazon for half the price! It is the exact same down to the strap.
