We ordered the smallest vest. My granddaughter is sixteen months and 24lbs. It seemed a little big, but because of the harness around her bum it stayed in place perfectly. She ran around in it just fine. When she sat down in it, even though it pushed up a little high, it didn’t choke her like other vests. Pretty, durable and works well for any water activity. The straps under the leg however bruised my daughter. So had to cut them off but it still fits well. Be gentle with the zipper.

I purchased and then read some reviews after I received the jacket. I was a little worried from what some of reviews said about their child not staying upright. But my 2 year old had no problems. We gave it a test run at the pool before using in the lake. It works and floats really well. We had no issues on a week long Tahoe trip filled water play. I would recommend. It fit my 2 year old who is bigger than most 2 year old (about 37lbs) perfect with room to adjust (bigger or smaller). Good material. No problem with the handle. The product itself is cute but it has life jacket in the description and it is not a life jacket. It says it meets all certifications in all country sold so it is very misleading. I was looking for a life jacket and did not reliaze there was a differance with life jacket being in the product discription.
