My first impression upon receiving the bike was that it was extremely well packed. Each part was individually wrapped and put in its own compartment (in some cases, with one other part) in the styrofoam. It was very easy to assemble. There was a blister pack with the bolts, tools, and other parts. Instructions were clear. It is not a Peloton, but costs about 1/5 as much. To me, it's a great value! Pros: - The bike is very solid and stable. I expected that since it's rated to support up to 330 pounds - The display shows RPMs! Most bikes in this price range do not. - I like the fact that the display shows several metrics at the same time, rather than just one at a time like many bikes in this price range do - The 40 lb flywheel makes for a very smooth ride - The bike is very quiet. A magnetic resistance bike would be a bit quieter, but not much. I can ride while my wife is sleeping in the next room, even with the door open - The iPad/phone holder is pretty cheap but is positioned well and does the job - The pedals are cheap with much more resistance than a good pair of pedals would have. But they rotate smoothly and, after all, it is an exercise bike so I don't mind a little more resistance there than I would want on a road bike. You could upgrade to spd pedals if you prefer that - I had a question when I first got the bike and the seller replied very quickly. It’s obvious that they put a high value on customer service - The bike is easy to move on the front rollers - my wife really likes the seat Cons: - I don't like the seat. It's too soft and squishy for me and I definitely prefer a road type seat. But since my wife likes it, we're keeping it. - There was a clicking sound the 1st day but that went away after about an hour of riding. - The monitor has no backlight. But I purchased an inexpensive book light. It clips on the handlebars and I positioned it so that the monitor cable keeps it from rotating (see photos).     • This is the new 2020 version or model with upgraded features. I took a chance and I like this bike.
A great product. Sturdy, well made and nice looking. Rides well. Good basic bike. This will get the job done. Quality seems really good. And I noticed that the problem that some bikes have with handlebar wobble, Yosuda has solved, the handlebars do not wobble at all and are very stable. For the money this bike is a really, really good deal. Good customer support from the company through the seller. I had only one temporary problem when it arrived, and the seller had a new part sent out to replace the part that was the problem very quickly. This was the front stabilizer (or front foot) of the bike, one of the base pieces that the bike rests on. One of the holes was too narrow for the bolts. They sent out a new piece to replace it in three days with a brand new parts kit to assemble it with. The new piece fit fine and assembled properly in minutes. I gave it 4 stars at first due to part not fitting. But, now with the new replacement part an the quick service by the seller, I have given it FIVE stars, the only problem the bike had has been solved quickly and to my complete satisfaction as a customer. Granted I have only had it for a short time, but if it continues to perform as It does now I expect it should last a long long time. It seems to be a really solid well made bike that fits together well. The manual was just fine and the heavy duty steel used on this new model seems quite solid, no wobble of any kind while mounting the bike, riding it, or dismounting. I recommend this bike. Excellent price with solid quality. Thanks Yosuda! Thanks to the seller, and thanks to Amazon. I am pleasantly surprised. The bike is better than I expected for such a reasonable price. Oh yeah, and the flywheel is smooth, evenly weighted and has no wobble either, which is a nice bonus.     • High quality bike but low end display
We wanted to add a stationary bike to our workout room. After researching and reading reviews, we decided on this Yosuda L-007A. I had never heard of this company, but the reviews and price were favorable so we gave it a shot. We are not disappointed. First, the bike came within a few days and was very easy to assemble. It is easy to move around when we need the space. The bike is very sturdy and has the feel of a high quality spin bike. The seat is especially comfortable and well padded if that is important to you. No padded bike shorts needed here. (Was my wife’s number one request along with ease of moving the bike, check both boxes there.) Bike seat up/down, forward/back, and handlebar adjustment is easy. Note that the handlebars only move up and down, not forward or back. We prefer more upright biking so it works well for us being 6’ and 5’6”. I can still lean forward over the bike and be comfortable. But if you prefer to have a longer stretch over the bike and are taller, this could be an issue for you. I gave it a 4/5 star due to the display. For the money, the bike is great. You are not paying for any high dollar display (think Peleton) or controls. The controls are very basic. There is no way to enter your weight or age, so the calorie counter is inaccurate. (On the low side). Plus, there are no Watts displayed like on a spin bike. So if you are doing a spin workout, you can only use RPM, not the Watts, if you are following along a class or video. I wish it had this feature. We use a smart TV for movies and classes so the monitor was an unnecessary cost for us. But if accurate controls are important to your workout, you will be disappointed. Overall, very pleased with the bike. It delivers every bit a great workout as the more expensive spin bikes at the gym. High quality, quiet operation and worth the money if you can live without the display and metrics. ... show more
