This pergola is everything we were looking for! It’s sleek, stylish, it compliments our backyard space. We’ve been looking for something like that for our backyard for a very long time. All the gazebos we’ve looked into really didn’t cut it and custom build addition to the backyard was astronomical amount of money. Having flat roof with the option to open or close it, depending on your preferences is a huge plus. We got the 12x20 for our 14x24 patio. I initially ordered the 10x20 pergola and two days before schedule delivery I realized my mistake. I contacted the seller right away, explaining the situation, asking if we can stop the delivery. They responded very fast, and told me that they would contact the delivery company, but gave no promises. Thankfully, we were able to intercept the delivery before arriving at my home. We had to pay a charge for it, but that was a small price for my mistake and not to have to deal with the return. I was able to order the correct size. It came in 6 boxes, very well packed. It took about 6 hours to put together by two guys. It would’ve been faster, but they got a snag with the roof installation. Once they figured it out, the rest was a breeze. I had ordered privacy screens from Costco, not realizing that it came with the mesh and a separate, blockout curtain, wrapping around the whole pergola, and having both the mesh and curtain, 6 zippers to open up. We are adding some outdoors lights to it and cement blocks to to weight it in, so we don’t have to drill it onto the patio. For the past two days that we have it installed, we’ve already spent more time outside, than any other summer. It’s just fantastic! ... show more
