Products comes in 4 boxes. 3 (frame) came days before soonest delivery date and the 4th box (roof) came on the soonest delivery date. I put majority of the gazebo up myself. The frame goes up fairly easy. Had my wife help when it came time to stand up the cornes and connect them. The roof, like many have said is a pain. I was able to complete it by myself but took some learning. The last 2 sections I did in about 10 minutes. You learn as you go. Best way I found was to slide in the flat side of the big pieces almost all the way, then while holding the flat side tight against the track with one hand, wiggle the slanted side into the track with your other hand. I had the bars that hold the roof (G1/G2) screwd in and hanging from the middle (E1) since i did it by myself. Leave all screws loose until you get the top and bottom pieces of roof in all the way. The top pieces (R1/R2) are easy if u wedge in the slanted side first into the track close to where it will stay, then work the rest of the slanted side in and then the flat side goes in pretty easy. Once the roof was all the way on, went around and put N/N1 on then tightened the screws all the way. Hope this helps if someone has to work solo. 🙏 ... show more

First of all the gazebo came undamaged and no missing parts. 6 boxes were delivered with some of them being well over 50lbs. Takes three people to get this thing up on its legs but once you do everything else falls into place. Roof panels weren't to bad to put on took a little bit of time to get it all together 2 days in total. Had a memorial day party and everyone loved it. It was the talk of the party and it kept everyone dry with the rain storm we got. Love the screen and canvas that can easily be deployed on any of the sides. I anchored it to my concrete using 5/16x2 1/4 screws. You will have to slightly drill the hole on the plates out a little bit as they are just slightly to small and catch the threads of the tapcon. ... show more

Built a 24x14 wood deck for the gazebo. Unpacking the boxes of components is time consuming and you need to lay them out so each piece is easy to locate. Took three days to assemble the gazebo, which is well designed. Issues: The assembly manual is like IKEA on steroids. All picture graphics, no written instructions. Installing the privacy and insect screens is a pain, as some of the gathers for the screens do not not line up with the posts. The screws, bolts, nuts, etc. are plastic sealed to cardboard, you should place all like bolts etc in storage containers like small Tupperware. The shipping boxes should have the contents labeled on the box, for ease of location of specific items. ... show more

I love the sturdiness of this product. I purchased & constructed it last summer, one man project, but I would recommend two, at least for the center roof section. I decided not to anchor it to my patio. Last winter we had unusual weather, including a wind storm. The wind was so strong that it moved the entire gazebo 12" off of the patio. But not a single roof tile blew out. I was highly impressed. I purchased six wheeled furniture movers a put it back in place. Looks great. ... show more

    • Great product, but difficult to assemble

Putting it up with pictures only. Not easy. Also, must align roof panels perfectly, or screws will not align. There is zero tolerance for error, one way or another Also, make sure to align center joints tightly, or it will leak. Mine were a little off, and I had to use gutter seal to stop the leak.

Delivery came in two separate times,no damage. Took 3 hrs for 2 ppl to construct all framework.me and wife used 10' ladder to hold up roof ridge, 3 ppl to install roof panels and all end caps,most time was removing plastic from panels,remember one side faces sunlight only clearly labeled, can be easily mistaken which side once plastic is off, not sure what happens if installed wrong. Let's see what snow load does come winter I'd assume more than 4" heavy snow I'll have to clean off. Directions were actually very good. ... show more

    • Instruction and video are not helpful at all.
Even thought the gazebo looks nice after being set up it was a mission to put it together because the instructions are not to clear. Yes, all pieces and screws are labeled, but at times you need to know which way to placed the part, and it is some challenge to figure it out . Even the curtains are difficult to figure out how to hang them up. Who will think this will be a problem but it is and there is no instruction of how to set them up. After you hanged them up you need to figure out how to used the part that has the velcro. The piece that has the velcro is attached to the screen needing which needs to be lace with the solid panel. Now the piece that has the velcro has three parts instead of two and once I tried to put together to hold the curtains to the pole it was impossible. I Had to figured out a different style to keep it together. like I said before very poor instruction. there is a video not helpful at all. it is too bad because it is a beautiful gazebo but I do regret this purchase. ... show more
