I purchased this camera for several reasons, mainly because I had just purchased a new car and being in a state where safe driving is for the weak, I didn't want to take a risk of having someone wreck it and having no evidence. The specs looked great and the quality was really high at an astonishing 4K, which really isn't needed. I only need the resolution high enough to get a good look at the smug face of anyone who cuts me off, I bought it to try it out. The reviews mentioned that the app is a little cumbersome, which I can see why, but I am able to find my way around it pretty easily and got it set up. In addition, I also bought the hardwire kit with it because wires are gross and I wanted a clean look. The install is simple and it was really nice that it comes with electrostatic sheets to stick to the window instead of the permanent 3M stickers directly on the windows. They work great and are a very solidly attached to my windows. I will say that I did have some trouble getting it to stick to the window tinting on my rear window, but after some work and running a credit card over it, it stuck again. The cable for the rear camera is extremely long and I ended up having to double up the cable and hiding away a good 6 extra feet. As for the quality, it is fantastic. I have had to pull the footage a few times already for dumb and hilarious incidents that have occurred and the footage is really clear and smooth from the front. The back is a little lower quality, but it is still great and you are able to make out all the details very easily. Additional things I like about it are that when you pull a video from the camera and replay it, it provides a map of where the footage was taken so you can pin point exactly where events occur. I also like that you can specify what increments to take the videos so that you don't have to filter through hour long cuts of each drive. I will say, one thing I am not a huge fan if, is the user interface with the app. Having to be right next to the camera and enable it's Wi-Fi is a bit limiting, especially when you need to look through footage for an incident. I also do wish it could be an option to get different length cables when connecting the front camera to the back. My car is very short and I had to really try to find places to run it to hide all the cable and it is a very indirect path from front to back and there was still a lot I had to just shove under the ceiling panel. I would still recommend this camera if anyone is looking for one and willing to spend the money. It works great and it is even better with the hardwire kit and not having to use a USB port or a 12v plug. ... show more

I bought this to replace a VAVA Dash Cam that started going wonky after a few years and I love this little thing! It’s really small but the quality is amazing. This one records speed which is a MUST for me. (Helpful when you get pulled over by a cop accusing you of speeding when you know you weren’t) 🙃 and the rear camera is great since it rotates on its base. That way, you can record internally or externally. Overall great camera, it’s performance hasn’t been affected by heat/ cold and the adhesive is STRONG. I’m not a fan of the app as it doesn’t allow me to look at/ download videos previously recorded (have to remove the SD card) but you can view them directly from the camera itself so that’s a plus. ... show more

Bought and installed, Was super simple and worked great. Picture quality is pretty good. I wish it was a littlw wider in termsof field of view but over all i am appy wth it. Using the buttons is super simple. I do have an issue with the time and had to adjust GMT time by one hour to compensate. App works fairly well. Can download the video via wifi and it takes about a minute or two per video. The app every now and again will get glitchy and kick me off. Also go ahead and buy yourself a 512gb Micro sd. It will be worth it if you go on a trip and you want to keep things a bit before downloading one. over all i am satisfied. ... show more

This is by far the best camera I’ve owned. It was easy to install, picture quality is excellent! I can keep it plugged in to the charger and it will automatically turn on when I start the truck and will shut off automatically after the truck has been turned off, just make sure to actually take the key out of the ignition if you’re like me and leave your keys in at the job sites. The day after I installed, I was parked on the road and got sideswiped. No damage thankfully (it only folded my mirror in a bit) but the dash camera caught the whole thing and recorded the impact noise very clearly. I really love that it records speed and documents your location. I do think the settings could be easier to manage, the camera menu is a bit confusing to navigate. I was easily able to tie my phone into the camera, using the app the company has. my only complaint with this feature is you can’t have the camera connected to your phone AND use the camera (to view or record) at the same time. I also notice my power cord wiggles loose from time to time and the camera cuts out. Overall, I would NOT hesitate to buy this particular dash camera again. ... show more

Nice setup and easier to install if you get the hardwired kit for parking monitor. various settings for image quality and sensor for parking. Took a bit to get app working but ended up being pretty easy. Night time video's are pretty good, Having just installed it last week and been busy haven't gotten to dive deeper into settings, for example, I would like the screen to turn off after a bit. Not a big issue at night as the picture is darker so isn't too much of a distraction while driving. I'm sure there's a setting somewhere for that. Parking feature is nice for those who worry about someone hitting your car. I have three dash cameras this one the only one with a screen. I like that you can see what it's seeing, front and back instantly to see if your recording what you wanted to. ... show more
