So far haven't had any problems with it. Seems to be a perfect Yamaha trumpet, but only time will tell how good it really is. It's a shame the carving says Made in China, I really hoped it would be Made in Japan, as Alto Music said it was shipped from there, but apparently being shipped from Japan doesn't mean it was made there... but I'll try to update this every once in a while, in case any issue comes up. Update: Still sounds awesome after 2 years. The best part about having a intermediate-level Yamaha trumpet is that it doesn't stop me from improving, which was an issue I had quite often with my beginner's Suzuki trumpet, with sticky valves slowing me down just after a week without maintance. ... show more
