I wanted a wide and sturdy step and a place to store my chemicals safely and separately and this is absolutely perfect! I have had our steps for almost a year and there has been zero problems. They are not slippery! I keep all my chemicals stored in the secure area under the top step. I hose them off all the time and it never leaks down to the storage area. They are very sturdy and is the perfect height to get in and out of the hot tub. They are great quality and not flimsy at all. The steps are very attractive and functional. They arrive unassembled in a box with THE WORST INSTRUCTIONS (even compared with other examples from china). The storage under the step is very convenient but it does not have a real sealed box, but just a thick polyethylene bag. Nonetheless it works to keep my spa chemicals dry. ... show more

This meets my needs well, however there were not enough screws. I was able to put it together except for the inner liner for the storage section, so I cannot use it as storage yet. When I am able to add that component, it will be great for storing pool chemicals.

Well I say it’s durable, secure, looks good, but you have to pre-drill two size holes in plastic that was the only frustrating part considering it was so expensive!!

Nice looking. Made our pool look like a spa. Storage under the top step keeps chemicals and dog pool toys out of the way and safe. We got these for our Boxers to enter the pool.
