What a waste of my hard earned money. This is our garbage the handle does not hold and breaks loose. Terrible and almost impossible to control. I fell like I got scammed over $3000 of my hard earned money!! I want a full refund!!!!!!

This product is everything that I expected it to be. More importantly the customer service is Top Notch! I had an issue with the original battery supplied with my machine. In notifying XSTO of my issue, Emily requested that I provide a video of the issues that I was experiencing (which is totally fair). Upon receipt of the video proof, Emily expedited a replacement battery out to me. This replacement battery resolved my issue, and I am extremely happy with both the machine, and the customer service received.
