Let me tell you guys that I am very satisfied with my purchase, the 4 cameras /solar panels and the home base while it came with a 64g memory card I went and brought a 124g memory card for more storage, because I live in the United States and I have a home back in my country 🇭🇳 Honduras, and I do agree with that the video quality could be Better, but it does give me a piece of mind that I can watch over my old age aunt, with coming and going to my house. Also the detection levels of birds the chicken and cats thee alarms is good had to lower the detection to human. The night vision is great light detection is good, I can speak to my aunt and she can talk to me and I didn't have to do no subscription they do give you free 30day cloud storage services your choice if u want to keep video in case of any insurance or evidence, I for one didn't do that Because where my aunt lives at, there is nothing but acres of land and the city is far from where she lives at. I'm only just watching her cause. She is an older woman in her 60s. And for installation was very easy. Setting up the account was also easy. I can't give this system more than 1 star for various reasons. super un-reliable...... 1st let me say the idea of how this is SUPPOSE to work is fantastic, if it could only pull that off, let me explain. 1st: Xmarto claims the camera's can use Micro SD cards - False, they do not, they only send a live wifi signal to the NVR base unit either by battery(charged by solar panels) or constant wired 5v USB power. 2nd: the camera's have very narrow view of video, I have 2 year old single wifi camera solar security camera's that have way wider angled views. 3rd: if you can ever get the camera's to set off with a motion detection, the recording starts so late you miss most of the person, car or movement in the camera capture area. 4th: you need to be a NASA Genius to figure this system out as to the instructions, there's little or none and never answer any important questions, the Xmarto web site not any better. "They" claim their videos and limited instructions about a flashing green LED on the Camera's, nope "they" have since changed those colors to orange and not update instructions. 5th: the videos are encrypted so you can't simply remove the SD card and read them on your PC, stupid idea, I can even do that on my wifi security camera edition ones. 6th: wifi signal starts to drop to medium strength just on the other side of my parents house, no way are these going 1300 feet. Now there is some good: you can add a HDD or SSD 2.5 inch drive for continuous recording "IF" you provide 24-7 power to all the camera's outside. The mouse was easy to use. it hooks up super easy to your TV's HDMI. Easy to follow instructions on the NVR box through the HDMI output. The bad: confusing and hard to find settings on the app. Says... it has zoom on the app controls... it does not. Very late notifications up to 10 minutes, even with wifi connections to your cell phone. Still figuring if we want to even keep them, they only work ok, they only capture about half the movements of motion outside, doesn't do any good if it doesn't record someone smashing your windshield or stealing something. Very limited lens angle, more narrow lens than others I have seen and owned, cannot recommend for anyone without some tech knowledge or have lots of patience. ... show more

Installed 4 cameras, needed aditional information and promptly received a link to an additional instruction guide, which I mwish was mentioned in the original literature. Now have added 2 other cameras that I had from a failed attempt to install using another company and even they work! Very satisfied at this point but they have only been in use for a month or so. Can't speak to longevity, but they charge just fine, the cords from solar panel to camera are long enough for my application, and the cameras pick up motion well. Enough storage for my use, can add an internal hard drive to the NVR. Happy so far, wish night was color! ... show more

The 4 camara system works well. Not able to connect the 2 solar pt camara to the system. There is no number to call for help.

This camera system and NVR work great with little to no false alarms. The humanoid detection is very good. The app for Android works great, the PC version of the App not so much. The PC app will not load all of the cameras at one time maybe 6-7 out of the 9 total, supposed to be able to handle up to 64 cameras (yeah right) and now lately, after just a few weeks, will not load but a few then crashes. Plus the PC app has issues scaling to the screen properly on my 1440p monitor, scales OK in 1080 though but still not quite right. The NVR and cameras work great and notifications are pretty dependable though sometimes really late to come through. The solar panels keep the cameras charged very well. Outside of the PC app I really like and would recommend to anyone looking for a wire free installation but XMARTO really needs to update their PC App. ... show more

We just moved to a new house and we work far away from home. I would be very worried if the children and my father-in-law were at home. Since we installed this camera, we can often observe the dynamics of the house, and the resolution is very good at night. It makes us feel safe. And it's solar. It saves power. Love this camera.
