Company won’t back it, Amazon wants us to get a hold of Microsoft and Microsoft won’t get back to me. Touch sensor is going out and playing games becomes frustrating when it stops mid game.

Not enough storage to keep 10 games on it and expansion storage is as expensive as console and external hard drive you have to move games back and forth to play
