Ok, so it's not 100% shiny and new but it's like 90% and that's good enough for me. It's refurbished but it's just like new. It started right up, came with an HDMI cable, cable for that big battery pack, power cable, and also no batteries for the 1 controller but it came with a a plug for the controller. My old 360 took a dump on me and I got this one. It was too much to fix. This worked out to be a great replacement. I bought the 2 year warranty as I do not know how long this will last. If anything all computers/electronics go bad within the first year. It did not come with instructions but that's ok I didn't need them. It has built in WiFi and that was a upgrade from my old 360. I'm going to attach the "memory pack" from my old 360 for more storage. I played Rainbow 6 Vegas 2 last night on it and it brought back some great memories from years ago. I keep the 360 in my room and I have an One S in the living room, both are for the kids when they come to visit. Over all I'm happy with my purchase and you will be too. ... show more

    • Plays well and great heat control
After some research I found out the slim model was going to be best to fit my needs. It arrived clean and functioning well. All the cables and one controller included. I’m impressed with it’s responsiveness and reliability so far. The only knock against it is cosmetic, as it has a black tape that lifting off just a little at some edges. Nothing major. Bought this model back in 2013 or so, preowned from GS. It has worked great until the other day, oddly enough the fan starting getting way to loud and sounded like it had/has a bad bearing. Sometimes it will work, but eventually just cranks right back up again. And runs far to hot. Ebay is horrible for consoles and all the GS models are sold out, even still you usually get junk from there these days. Smelly, dirty, marked up and really bad over all. So I came here saw this model, read about what they do to them, and took a chance. I'm glad I did, it showed up in less than 3 days, and does look flawless. Everything is nice and cleaned up, scuffs and scratches are barely noticeable even close us. Runs quiet and cool. Also the controller is like brand new. And I thought the one I had was in great shape. The one problem was the power supply (power brick), it was very loose around the whole case itself and rattles inside, but it was easily rectified by just using the one I have. I may ask if this company will send me another, but they are pretty easy to find anyway. If I wanted an extra. So hopefully mine will hold old. I have a series x, PS4 Pro, and a few other old systems but this is the only older one I use. It's great for obscure games that didn't cross over to Xbox One/Series X. I seem to be addicted to Wheel Of Fortune, since I've played it nearly every night since 2015. And I'm up to 57 million dollars! Didn't want to lose that!! ha. So I put in my old HDD and everything worked perfectly, easy transfer. Also I still love Tiger Woods Golf, old Forza 4, and some other good old games. So yes, imo the price is fine. Not sure what all the one star complaints are about. Especially when you really don't have a choice. And these are like new! But we'll see how it goes before I make that final call.     • Bad product
The system works ok, but the controller that came with it is awful! The power button sticks about half the time, also it keeps shutting off. Not real convenient having to reconnect it every 30 seconds.
