I purchased the scooter in March and it arrived earlier than the specified date. I assembled the scooter but I found it difficult to raise the scooter onto the center stand. I found several good “how to” scooter videos on YouTube and after viewing a video, I discovered an easy way to raise the scooter onto the center stand. The scooter had a problem. It appeared the left rear turn signal had been broken at the factory after it had been wrapped. I took a picture of the damage and emailed it to Xpro. In a short period of time I received a new tail light assembly with a link to a superb video showing how to replace the tail light assembly. Xpro has been great at promptly replying to my questions about the scooter and I have been enjoying riding my Xpro Maui 50 scooter. ... show more

I purchased this for my husband and it definitely works great, it arrived earlier than expected, but there was a crack in the side panel ,the customer service has been amazing from this company I reported the crack and they sent a new side panel that arrived very quickly, it has a sleek design and great value for the money, the only thing I would change is that since there's a USB adapter on the front, they could possibly add something to hold your phone when riding and using it as a GPS. ... show more

I have noticed that it burns a lot of oil I have like 260 km on it and it's already gone through one full thing of oil in it I'm just glad I was able to finally get myself a vehicle I had to use afirm I gave it five stars because it runs good and so what if it burns oil it gets me from point A to point B ... show more

First off I should start by saying I’m a motorcycle/ small engine mechanic. If you are buying one of these thinking that your getting a dealership quality experience, you need to change your attitude. That being said if you are buying one of these to learn how to modify or work on small engines these are perfect. In Stock form these will carry a 200lb rider at 27mph maximum! With a big bore kit, and all the parts you can buy off Amazon (less than 300$ total for a tricked out scooter) you’ll be able to carry 37-40mph uphill and 50mph on flat all day long. These machines are not set and forget! These are not for the type of people that never do maintenance or change their oil! These are for enthusiasts! These are for people who like to tinker…. The take away is: In stock form they are very slow, and dangerous on roads because of how slow they are! If you buy one, plan on modifying it immediately! 500miles in 3 weeks and still going strong! ... show more
