I am plus-sized and it fit around my waist, but unfortunately, went down well past my knee. Bought the Wb2121_black_red (black with red flowers). This is a heavier (thicker?) material than the Wb1304 that I also bought. I am 5'5' and hits a few inches below my knee. I love the skirt, it is very flattering and because of the weight of the fabric it hides any dips and bumps.
